Lindt Chocolate Shop — Restaurant in Tinton Falls

I love Lindt chocolate truffles! I recently bout a bag at a grocery store and cannot express the level of disappointment of how DISGUSTING and CHEAP they were! This troubled me for days!!! After all, as a middle aged menopausal woman, I NEED MY CHOCOLATE! I decided to go my local Lindt & Sprungli as I was more determined than ever to taste my delicious truffles! The first thing I noticed and appreciated was the temperature of the store. Temperature control of fine chocolate is serious! The store was clean and very well organized, nothing seemed out of place, no crooked boxes or bags on shelves. Anyone with OCD would have appreciated the meticulously perfect organization of this store! Hadiya was warm and welcoming. She offered me a sample and I tapped it on the counter. I could tell it was going to be the truffles I had been longing for! The grocery store Lindt truffle was very meltable, greasy and soft and would not have made that sound! Hayida was very knowledgeable as was Glori. They suggested flavors and alerted me to sales the store was having. They could not have been "sweeter"! I walked out of their store the happiest I had been in a long time (I am menopausal afterall!). I bought a lot of chocolate that day but I am looking forward to going back! I thoroughly enjoyed Hadiya and Glori both going above and beyond to answer my questions, explanations and overall cordial pleasantness! I am thankful to have found them!

I will add that I am very disappointed that Lindt is selling sub-par, underwhelming IMPOSTER CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES junk at supermarkets. Lindt's reputation for making delicious chocolate is sure to be tarnished for trying to pass off imposter chocolate. It's sad when the company cares more for its profit margin than it does for it's loyal customers. Afterall...without customers you...

My wife and daughter went to the Jersey Shore Outlets to do a day of shopping. One of their stops was your Lindt Chocolate store. When my daughter was approached by a saleslady the saleslady asked her when her baby was due and if it was a boy because she was carrying it so high. My daughter, who was out for the day celebrating the fact that for the past couple of weeks she has been on an exercise and diet plan where she had lost over 20 pounds was immediately embarrassed in front of the other customers. She said to your saleslady, I’m not pregnant, I’m just fat”, and immediately left the store. Her shopping day was then ruined. She did not want to look at anything from that point on stating, “What’s the use”. None of us will ever have to worry about gaining weight from your products, because none of us will ever enter that store again. I’m sure you get comments on poor service or nasty employees now and then but this comment is based on how negligent you are in hiring such an ignorant employee. Wayne G....

I can’t say enough about the service we got from Marissa and her team! We wanted to give out chocolate as recognition gift and weren’t quite sure what exactly we needed. We called to get some suggestions and Marissa offered to start pulling it before we arrived. Once at the store she helped us with options and answered our questions. The store started to fill with other customers but she and her team were not frazzled! Her team handled each customer like they were the only people in the store. Always a big smile and ‘no problem’.
