UPDATE Another update. 5-20. This place still is the worst. They screwed up another drive through order. Just amazing. Just ate her again on 9-11 at 6:30pm... holy cow... they undercooked the fired and nuggets... and they forgot 1 fry and they gave me cheeseburgers instead of Hamburgers... Seriously.. this place should just close.. They cant do anything right. .. Anyone who gave this store more than 1 star is lying. or works here. this place is a train wreck. I live very close to this place. and while I hold a low opinion of Mcdonalds to begin with this one is special. Always makes an error in my food. Ask for no onions or no cheese for example. You get extra onions. They close apparantly at midnight. But they leave all the lights on, including the menu board at the drive thru. So you think they are open. Wouldnt it make sense to shut those lights off at the drive thru so people dont pull in. Yup sure does.. but they dont do that.. Its hilarious. Whoever runs this place should be fired. Its a total mess. Just drove by on 3-18 at 1:45 am... all lights on... employees inside.. But they dont answer at the drive through Literally, completely the poorest run store ever. If anyone there had half a brain, that place...
Read moreI love McDonald's senior coffee with two creams! True simple cups of coffee far surpasses Starbucks any day of the week !l! That is, if you were raised to drink great coffee.
I'm now 73 years young, and I started drinking coffee when I was 11 years old. The Fairbanks Daily News Miner put teenagers to work delivering the afternoon newspaper at the end of our school day. I was introduced to coffee at my very last customer on my route. Everyone affectionately called her "Mom Sillar." She always had a fresh hot pot of coffee ready when I stopped by to warm up. YES, all the paperboys dressed in layers of warm clothes to deliver papers, whatever the temperature. From the fair summer days to the coldest winter days of -40 or even -50°F.
I was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, while it was still a territory of the United States! It became the 49th state of the Union on the 3rd of January in 1959. From the purchase of Alaska in 1867 to the present day, it is no longer called Seward's Folly, but one of the wisest purchases of the United States in the development of this...
Read moreAll I ordered was a large decaf coffee. A system I don't know if it doesn't work well but it told me to pay at the counter. So I waited for my number to come up and it never did. One of the staff saw that I was waiting and asked me what I ordered. I told him a coffee so he brought me my coffee as I ordered it but he only charged me for the small because of the inconvenience. That was nice of him, but the coffee was barely warm. Made me wonder if there was something wrong with it, but at this point 3 hours after drinking a few sips of it I haven't gotten sick. The person that helped me also was going around the restaurant making sure everything was clean and tidy. So that's why I'm giving the food three stars. The service would be five stars except for I think he should have noticed that the coffee wasn't hot. I give the atmosphere five stars because it's a standard McDonald's and it was clean and it also had a play...
