Their cheese steaks are about the only nice thing I have to say about this place. Unfortunately I had the experience of ordering a cheese steak on three different occassions that seemed to be missing the cheese each time. The second time it happened I called and they agreed to replace it on my next visit. Then on my third visit they did it again! I called again and this time I spoke with the owners son. His attitude was less than deplorable. He said that if I drove 25 minutes back there and SHOWED him, he would replace the sandwich. I said no way was I driving back and he then told me that I could forget about it if I thought I was gonna get any more free sandwiches and hung up on me. With that said I just blew the whole thing off and swore I would never go back. I then had to call in an order for my office and upon pick up I noticed he printed on the bottom of my receipt "NO MORE FREE FOOD KELLY"! I can not believe the nerve of this guy. Not only can he not own up to his own mistakes and acts like a complete looser but then has to keep the issue going. I have NEVER seen anything like it in my life and have never been so offended. Its my money and I want what I pay for. That's the way it's suppose to be. I will NEVER, EVER stop reporting bad reviews on this place.
02/24/16 - An update to my original review posted above. Please note the response from the owner. After he left his response I attempted to contact him on two separate occasions, but to no avail. Today, at my Boss's request, I called in an order for pick up. Although the food was actually done right this time, when my receipt was handed to me it still said "NO MORE FREE FOOD KELLY". So, clearly the owner never looked into the original issue. That said, I am so infuriated at this point, I am seriously contacting a lawyer out of pure principal. These people should be so ashamed of themselves. I still can't get over the fact that they were the ones who messed up, several times, and yet choose to try to humiliate and anger me with keeping this "NO MORE FREE FOOD KELLY" on...
Read moreDisappointed. I ordered food to be delivered at 7:35 pm and was given a 35-40 minute window. I called at 8:35 to check on the status of the order and was told that the driver tried calling my number 10 times and also tried the gate code. My community does not have a gate and if they tried the door code it would have called my phone. I did not have any missed calls and my phone was on and working fine. They told me that the driver was still out and would come back around. I stood at the door of my building until 9:00 pm and no food delivery. I called back to cancel the order and asked them to make a new order that I could come to pick up, hot and fresh. I was told that the driver had just left the store and they would need to call him before he arrived with the food in order to cancel and do a new order. They called back to tell me that they were able to cancel the order. At this point, my husband and I decided to go out and get something else. We have always been pleased with Attilio’s in the past, this experience was an exception to the norm. I do hope that they can get a control on the delivery service and improve communication with...
Read moreI would give this place Zero Stars if I could. Attilio's Pizza, is a first class rip off. My wife and I ordered Cheese Ravioli with Meatballs. When asked by our server, Aidan, what we wanted to drink, we said, "Just water." He served us tap water in a Dixie Cup. When we finished, Aidan, asked if I wanted a receipt. I replied "Yes." When I looked at the bill, I saw that Aidan, charged us $4.30 for two medium cokes which we did not order, nor did we drink. In essence we paid $4.30 for tap water. If we had ordered bottled water it would have been less. When I questioned Aidan about this, he said, "That's what we get for the cups." They also charged a $1.00 convenience fee; more like an inconvenience fee. I resolved right then and there to never visit Attilio's again. One other thing for the benefit of Attilio's owner; when my wife asked who the owner was, Aidan said, "He's not here, just the manager; he's just off the boat."...
