Cassano's The Pizza King — Restaurant in Tipp City

Love Cassano's. Food is always fresh and made to order. Never had a problem at this location. FOLLOW UP Stopped here before work a few days later (12 hour shift) and ordered via call center in plenty of time. I ordered a 10" italian and garden salad. While waiting, a guy in the back was heard talking about a sub that he put pizza sauce on cause he forgot an Italian did not get sauce. By the way, he was conversing with the female manager. I was hoping it wasnt mine. In a hurry, I paid and left. Opened my sub... they scraped most of the pizza sauce off but left enough to make it more obvious and put no lettuce on my sub (gross). Once youve made a mistake why wouldnt you remake it? Whats worse? Scraping sauce off before or after it was cooked? Not having time, I called the call center. This guy told me to save 75% of my sub and I had 24 hours to return it. Never mind, they screwed my sub up. So, had I done that, Id gotten 25% of a free messed up sub. We have ordered delivery twice before and had issues with the delivery being more than the suggested time - both over an hour (once more than an hour and a half). I gave them one more chance tonight ($50+ order) for delivery (pickup was 20 minutes) and once again, our order was not here within the suggested delivery window (40 minutes). When I called the call center they told me our order was out for delivery. 10 minutes later when the order had still not arrived - another call to the call center revealed that there were problems with the ovens and my order was being remade fresh - no delivery time indicated. Was only offered a 25% discount for this inconvenience. Needless to say we cancelled our order and will not be ordering delivery from here again. Positive note..... whenever we had received our orders in the past the food was very good, but not worth...

Their pizza gets worse every time I order. I was gifted a pizza for my birthday and it was not my choice. The bottom is covered in salt. The dough is basically soggy cardboard. No flavor at all. Unless you call grease a flavor. The pizza was men't to have extra sauce and there was virtually none, just like every other time I have ordered there. By the time I got to eat it, the cheese was already hard and the pepperoni's were soggy floating in grease. So, grease soaked, thin dough, coated in salt, with a layer of rock hard (not congealed) cheese with pools of grease on top. The best part was when I bit into a piece and found hair.
