Arby's — Restaurant in Titusville

In my opinion... Food is always lukewarm, never hot. I ordered a French Dip and paid for it. The cashier said "what kind of bread do you want with it?" I responded "Never been asked that before, the bread that it always comes with it please." Cashier states "We are out of the normal bread but we can use any other bun." Me..."No, just refund my order please." Cashier calls the manager, tells her why I want the refund. Manager states "Oh my god...you want a refund over bread?! My god." Its not the managers or anyone else's place to pass judgement on how I like my food...especially when I simply want it as the menu shows it...I know...demanding of me huh? The Cashier should have told me they were out of an item before charging me for it and the manager should have kept her opinion to herself instead of making an announcement to the entire restaurant in an attempt to embarrass a customer. If I could give negative stars for this location, I would. The larger part of the picture is that this store consistently gets poor reviews and they show a historical pattern and practice of the same issues...and no corrective action is being taken. Please Arbys...dont bother commenting as you do on other reviews...your actions speak louder than words...and so far, nothing...

I was at arbys on us1 and offered a homeless man a meal. I walked in and ordered him a meal and manager scolded me about this homeless man was the same one that digs through dumpster for food and he didn't want him in there eating the meal I bought him. I proceeded to tell him I paid hes eating with me. He sat with us and it turns out this man was a navy vet served on navy ship for 25 years and was fighting for his benifits really arbys manager was still being a jerk to where multiple customers left because they were mad at manager making comments. This man was hungry and manager said he is not allowed to get food out of dumpster. I finally told him to hush and let him eat. I told manager after he left that this man fought for this country and I didn't need him telling me about this man eating out of dumpster. I told him this man didn't approach me asking for food I approached him I saw him counting change and something well God told me to offer food. Sad and shame on Arbys.

Buyer Beware - Disgusting service, food and restaurant. 3/23/25 @ 5pm The manager is rude, too busy to listen to the customer when returning to the store for a refund. Food, placed wrong items in the bag at drive through. Food, potato cakes old/cold/not cooked thoroughly, Fish Sandwich messy/too much tarter sauce/cold (told was fresh, and they had to cook it… so we pulled up and waited). Buffalo chicken sandwich, gave us the slider, we paid for a full sandwich meal. Curly fries/cold and old. Drinks, loaded with ice. (think)... DT speaker - you can't hear what the associate is saying. Same when calling the store, the phone was cutting in and out.

The food and service was not worth $23.00, really disappointing for Arby's. Refunded me $22.00, my total was $23 and change, the rude manager was in such a hurry they missed the add cheese item so we were short-changed on the refund - Go Figure! We will not return to this location. Garbage!

I've got to love the generic responses given by the restaurant here on...
