Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Titusville

Food was mid-level quality. The same order I've received at other locations is much better. Bread bites were dry & overbaked, pizza was bland. Also the owner is making up his own price. When you add a 3-large topping pizza at 9.99 & a 16pc bread bites @ 5.99 plus 6% tax rate, it equals 16.94. I was charged $20.07. The owner tried to say Alfredo sauce costs extra, when the only sauce that is listed as a topping/ extra sauce is buffalo. There is no extra charge for anything. The only price listed is the 2 items I got. I was overcharged and when I tried to dispute they refused to refund and believe I was right in this situation.

My recent experience with Domino's Pizza left much to be desired. Despite opting for contactless delivery, the driver pounded on my door, called me, and even entered my house. This not only violated my preference but also made me uncomfortable. To make matters worse, he repeatedly asked for a tip, despite my belief that I had already tipped online. Such behavior was both unprofessional and unpleasant, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall service. I hope these issues are addressed to ensure a more positive experience for customers...

I do not know who the current management is but it is a severe downgrade from what it was prior. Pre tipped 40% on the app for food to be delivered 3 blocks. Took over an hour to receive my somehow both cold and burnt food. When asked if they were super busy the driver said it was bc he had to use GPS to get to my house.
