Verizon — Local services in Titusville

I went into the Titusville store to upgrade our business plan and we had some major difficulties to say the least! Fortunately I lucked out and Ena came over to help me when I got there because I’m not sure anyone else would’ve had the patience to deal with our mess! She tried everything to make this go smoothly even though she was fought at every corner. With our account being under a business it created obstacles that we didn’t know we would have. She made several phone calls to her support team, managers, and Verizon support with baby steps being made at each phone call. This process took us several days to rectify the account and she was able to put everything in place so we wouldn’t have this issue again in the future. I really appreciate all the help and compassion for our situation from Ena. Also, appreciate her willingness to never give up and pass me on to another rep or another store, I was able to have everything handled at the Titusville store which was a huge help to me because I needed to leave for a business trip so we had tight timelines given all of our issues. The Manager and young man helping us were very patient and professional not only with us, but also with customers who had been in the store literally the entire day complaining. They were yelling at a Verizon customer service rep over the phone for over an hour while we were there. Although we felt bad for the lady with the complaints, it was not necessary to make the entire day difficult for the employees who didn't have the authority to do what she was requesting. It was also rude of the other customers to yell, interrupt and say shhhh to us while we tried to conduct our business. It seemed they were trying to drive us away? The 2 guys in the store remained calm and professional through all of it. The rep on the phone also remained professional as far as I could hear. Apparently an identity theft issue had been resolved and the ladies thought they should get a free phone for their inconvenience? Ena ia a remarkable staff person. I went to Verizon in Titusville expecting the worse and came out knowing there is someone there, Ms. Ena, who I may trust knows the business with excellence. Her contact to convert my account to a business account was also assisting her to give us a great plan for business. I now have a cell that is great for business person. Ena was exceedingly helpful, knew exactly what needed to be done without hesitation. She is the best! As long as she continues to work there,, I will always recommend this place of business.
