Mean Girls Dunkin The worst service i have ever received, The rudest staff i have ever came across. When ordering we could already sense frustration on the staff it looked busy so we were very patient when waiting in line for 10 minuets. When we got to the registrar staff member AMBER took our order. Amber was not pleasant at all was very angry and it showed.... When taking our order we asked for stuffed bagels ...she asked plain or everything then paused and said chives...we responded everything she she said waiving here finger plain or chives... with confusion we replied plain confused on why she offered everything in the first place....if it wasn't available. then get mad when we asked for it.. we ordered plain and a large ice coffee as well as sourdough breakfast sandwich with 2 wake up wraps...Amber went to make the drink as we waited she comes and places the drink on counter we did not grave it right away, as we were waiting for our food she came back grabbed the drink and slaMmed it on the counter. Then the other to staff members were bad mouthing about the customer in drive-through and how he ordered his drink saying what grown man's ask for foam in his drink. Let's just say this staff doesn't KNOW THE FIRST THINK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... if i was the manager i would seriously consider some training asap. As this establishment was very unprofessional rude and very catty laddies running away customers.... will never come back!!!!!! I will say the older woman pitting the food together was at least pleasant. There are good days and bad days in the food industry busy and slow days... but always take care of your customers and never make them feel like a bother cause u hate...

This is an update**, a year later. Spouse stopped for the seasonal Pumpkin Spice hot coffee cuz its Halloween time! Service was outstanding with a pleasant drive thru server, Pumpkin muffin was excellent & the coffee ☕️ was sublime!!! Made up for the fiasco last year. Thank you for the vast improvement Dunkin. You are back on top!!

**Drive thru - no one there. No one in line. Totally empty & when the server answered the mic & I spoke, I was told to wait! Wait? For what? Not even polite but rudely, WAIT! I only started speaking because I heard a voice. Lord knows you can't tell what the person on the other end is even saying because of the horrible walkie talkie equipment. I had to wait because they didn't have enough coffee on hand to fill my order!!!! Really? No people inside, no people in drive thru & there wasn't enough coffee?? I mean I seldom give a bad rating without trying to relay an upside to my experience but there just wasn't an upside! After waiting for the coffee (order of 4) I had to ask for a carrier as they were being handed over 1 at a time thru the window. It's Dunkin Donuts, coffee is your business. I can't even say if the end product was good or not because I was so miffed. I'll be looking for another location or perhaps I'll find a Wa Wa's close? I feel just so let down. I couldn't give one of my favorite places a great review? What is this...

Zero stars if I could. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin . I never write reviews but I had to. I came to grab a quick coffee and waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. A man walked up behind me and they took his order verbally and didn’t charge him. I was still ignored. I understand it’s busy, ok. Finally I spoke up after about 15 minutes and said am I able to order or should I go in the drive through? I was told maybe- give me a second. 5 minutes later someone comes up, takes my order, and makes me repeat myself multiple times. She was obviously annoyed with me. Again, I understand it’s busy in the morning and I was just glad to finally get my order in. 10 minutes go by and I still don’t have my coffee. I speak up and the employee was holding my coffee and said oh this is yours? I took my coffee, left and will never be back. Please pay attention to the customers in store.
