First Wok — Restaurant in Titusville

Very disappointed. Haven't been there in awhile because the last time I got food there I was very dissatisfied but I figured I'd give it another chance after hearing some say the food has gotten better. I wanted crispy beef which they don't have on their menu anymore so they told me orange beef would be similar. So I ordered orange beef, one small (pt) beef lo mein and one order of Rangoon's and one order of chicken wings . The orange beef was so over breaded and soggy I had a hard time finding the beef let alone the fact that it was inedible because of how sickinly sweet it was. The Beef lo mein had ok flavor but the noodles were so overcooked they were mush. So needless to say our dinner ended up being an order of chicken wings and Rangoon's, which were also very sweet. I tried explaining to the guy that I had been there before and ordered the shredded beef with garlic sauce but I didn't get very much meat it was mostly veggies It didn't seem like he understood what I was trying to tell him. Bought Szechuan beef lunch special today 3/22/22. Right away I noticed I couldn't find any beef. I dug around and found 5 tiny, finger nail size of beef and a little bit of rice on a corner. Everything else was vegetables. Also, instead of being spicy and savory it was very sweet. I called and spoke to a young man and he asked me to bring the container and what I wanted to replace it with and I told him Kong Pao chicken. I get there and an Asian older man (cook/owner????) started yelling at me telling me I lied and that I had eaten the beef and rice and that I would have to pay for the Kong Pao chicken. I told him I wasn't going to pay and left. They have lost a life long customer cause they chose not to do the right thing. As many times as I've ordered from there, this was the 1st time I complained about anything. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT CAUSE YOU MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES, SCAMMERS AND TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE LYING. WORST CUSTOMER...

I have frequented this location over 20 years due to my past employment as a Operator with 'sBrevard's Countywide transit agencyand easily continue to visit as the owners have been Multiple generations of the same family. With their children and now grandchildren peering around the counter as I now visit during my retirement from the Same.

The only setback being size of accommodation inherent with this style of eatery. Please don't mistake The condition it kitchen first rate and there is accommodation for yourself and small grouping but you'll have lots of friends eating these dishes at your house simply due to their quality outshining the size allowable accommodations early in their year's, as this is inside Garden St. PUBLIX Shopping center in the NW BEDROOM community of Titusville/Mims During the early years of NASA and the SPACE RACE. Constantly updated and kept beautiful thru 1960-2005's and the new Space-X that continues to this Day.
