Too bad I can't give negative stars. Made appointment online, arrived 15 minutes early, checked in online as requested 10 minutes prior to appointment. Received text to go in and wait for name to be called. Lady with a clipboard greeted me and asked for my name. Gave it to her and informed her I had checked in online already for appointment in less than 10 minutes. She told me there would be an hour to hour and a half wait. I reiterated I had an appointment. She said she was sorry, but that was the wait time due to "construction." Again, I said I had an appointment, was she certain that there was an inordinate wait for appointments, and she confirmed that.
There is no excuse for being even an hour behind schedule after being open for just over two hours for appointments. There is no excuse for accepting appointments if you have something going on that will not allow one to stay on schedule. Finally, there is no excuse for not informing patients prior to the appointment that you cannot keep that appointment.
As simple as scheduling appointments and keeping that schedule is, it gives me serious doubt that they can do the more difficult things such as keeping test results straight. If an organization is this unprofessional in the public stuff, how professional can they be in the behind the...

When I signed in on the kios I selected that I would sit in my car and wait for a text to let me know to come back in because there was no seats available to sit inside. Around 12:30 I went and checked where my name was on the monitior and there was still 10 people ahead of me. I went back in at 1:00pm and my name was no longer on the monitor. I waited inside until someone came out to call the next person to come back and I told her that my name was no longer on the monitor and I was waiting outside for a text and I never received one. She said she would check into it. About 15 minutes passed so I asked another lady if she could check for me. Now it's around 1:30pm and I'm starting to get annoyed. Well this lady never came back out to give me an update so when another lady came out to call someone back I asked if I could speak to manager to share my frustration. A manage came and said she didn't know why I didnt receive a text and that I would be next. I didnt leave there until around 1:50pm. That is almost two hours. That is insane. Today I didn’t have an appointment and decided to do the standby option. I arrived before 9 o’clock instead of making an appointment for 940. I chose the standby option. I sat until 10 o’clock while the number of appointments for 940 Increasing and appointment after that time kept increasing. If somebody puts standby and they’re in the lobby and they decline a 940 appointment that should be the latest their scene. They should be seen before someone who calls on the phone and makes an appointment at 9:40 or someone who walks in after you makes an appointment at 9:40 or later. The self-serve check process is one of the worst systems I’ve seen for helping a customer. It should be a non-self check in system because it doesn’t work. Standby.
