my boyfriend and i are frequent customers at this location. i usually go in and they’re really good with helping me out. one thing i don’t like is that if you don’t tip them or tip “well”, they pretend they forget who you are. i shouldn’t have to tip knowing what i want just for them to tell me i basically need to tip or tip better to remember. i’ve never gone into another vape store asking to be tipped. i usually have really good experiences but today was just off and even my boyfriend didn’t appreciate that tipping comment when he always tips. it’s not a restaurant, i shouldn’t feel obligated to tip at a vape store. i’m a friendly familiar face that’s always in there, that’s how i should be remembered, not by “tipping”.

also, the response we get too is “we aren’t professionals, we’re just part time”.. well a little knowledge should be enough. how can you work at a vape shop and know nothing about vapes and...

They have alot of flavors to choose from along with incense, candles that actually remove the smoke odor and for a decent price. I love going for all of the options that they have to offer and good prices. I was told to get a cotton candy flavor that tasted like nothing but nicotine so $35 down the drain. But I can't blame the worker to have the same tastes as myself and sold me 50mg when I asked for 6mg as I'm new to vaping. I didn't recognize the difference until I had opened it up so my fault for not paying attention but I did ask for 6mg or 3 mg if they didn't have it in 6mg but I got 50mg I had the hiccups for hours from consuming too much nicotine at one time. I was eating peanut butter every 10 minutes just for them to return. I googled it and found out too much nicotine causes the hiccups. So for future newer vapers don't start with 50mg if you wanna smoke it more often than just a puff...

Update for 2024: Now that I’ve been a regular for a couple years… I still stand by my original review. I’ve never gone in there and has a bad experience. They are always helpful, friendly, have a wide selection to choose from and the prices are very fair. Love this place.

I love this vape shop. They just opened recently here in Titusville. They have a very wide selection of vape juices, brands and flavors to choose from. Also the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They have definitely made a repeat...
