McDonald's — Restaurant in Titusville

One star due to horrible customer service. I ordered a mocha Frappe using my points off of the app and I was waiting for over 10 minutes. During that time the machine had broke. This isn't the issue however. The issue was that an employee saw me and knew I ordered a Frappe and in a rude voice said that it seems like I wasn't getting my Frappe today and didn't make an effort to at least give me a free voucher. The same employee not even two minutes later stormed to the back because two customers had come in cause they had been given the wrong things and she loudly said that she wasn't dealing with rude people. I had to leave at 7:37 a.m. with no Frappe cause I had school and when I got to my school it said that they had it finished at 7:35 a.m. I do want to note that this is the only shift that I had issues with my order and they weren't even busy this morning. I worked here for two years, once I was of age to work back in things other than counter, it took MONTHS and multiple other staff asking to let me be trained on anything else. Family favoritism is running that business into the ground. Was put on headset multiple times even when I told them I have a hearing impairment and even turned in two doctors excuses. I was told "it's only 30 minutes" when I told them I could not do headset. They allowed an alcoholic to work there after finding bottles in the men's restroom and him clearly being drunk on the job. They overworked me, treated me poorly, and lost a good worker for that. I loved my job dearly, but they were not treating workers like human beings. They lost the greatest headset worker I've ever seen in my entire life because they wouldn't let him only work weekends.
