Mother who is 86 husband who is handicap and myself went there. Paula was standing behind the counter talking with a older lady looked at us waiting and said nothing she made us wait till she was ready . When she came to us she said how many that was it . Then she walked us toward the seats and literally took us in a circle then the second time time around I said what are you doing i cant walk my family in circles so when you figure it out let me know . So we stopped and waited then she took us to the booth that we passed the first time practically threw our menus at us and said something rude but couldn't make it all out. Then when the waitress came she tried to cover by saying we under staff and so on ,you know the usual Covid excuse. Then during our meal we had to endure her whispering to other co workers and pointing thinking i was not paying attention to her. Then putting that aside we watched the girl who putting the pickup orders together stand there and pick at her teeth with a bare hand then go handle orders . I was mortified and all of this is on video . What has this world come to when resturants tolerate behavior like that ,no wonder the world is getting sick when people are nasty in there personal hygiene. In closing so disappointed will not come back to this location ever unless I have literally lost my mind . The Bob Evan's on Alexis is worth the extra 3 miles . Read moreOh, my friend Sherry and I had some running around to do and then we went 15 miles an hour to the Bob Evans located on Monroe Street, then we were seated and our waitress proceeded to get our drinks. She came back a few minutes later and took our order. I did have a question about the breakfast that they served there, however she seemed a little bit standoffish. We gave our order to our waitress and then she proceeded to go with the kitchen window with the intent of putting our order in. Over the next 25 minutes we waited, and waited, and waited. I finally asked our waitress as she was passing by was our table if our food was almost ready. Within 10 minutes see came back and said I am so sorry I forgot to put your order in. Just 2 say I was disappointed and upset was an understatement. She said within six minutes we would have our order. 20 minutes later we still didn't have our food and everybody around us was getting served. So I went up to ask the hostess to charge us for our drinks that we had while we were waiting for our food and in the end the hostess had to get our waitress and it was a whitewash we didn't pay for anything and I stated that I was never so disappointed in a restaurant in my life where a waitress was waiting on tables and forgets to put in a customers food order that they're waiting on. Read moreWell I guess I should have read the reviews before going back here today. It's obvious that their current management these days could care less about customer service! I know, I know it's still covids fault two years later right!? SMH I went into this location today and ordered the same breakfast meal I order everytime I go to a Bob Evans for breakfast ..... the WHOLE HOG breakfast. When I asked for two French toast instead of one French toast and one pancake, I was told by the waitress I couldn't substitute, I replied I know it's a $1 more and I am fine with. She repeats NO WE CANT DO IT AT ALL. I am like but I get it that way basically weekly. Nope, then it changed to the computers won't let us. So I asked for a manager and was told the same. When I said so you can't meet the customers expectations and give customers service because a computer says so?? He didn't like that and realized how silly that sounds. So then it became the General Managers fault. He doesn't want substitutions!! I gave up, went down the street to another Bob Evans, where they have employees and ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT that cares and listens to their customers and enjoyed my usual breakfast!! Glad there are still great Bob Evans. Do yourself a favor after reading my comment as well as the other negative ones and just skip this location. Once there business suffers ..... MAYBE they...
