Better off going to TP. I showed up to do a little birthday lunch with my son, he got a lemonade and I got a water, not the drink I ordered, but No big deal thats typical. So we wait almost 15 minutes still nothing, not asked for our appetizer order, my drink was never brought to me, I watched 2 other people place orders after us, and get their drinks before we were even thought of. I wanted to be considerate, so we waited longer, until my son started asking to just leave and go to McDonald's. Now idk if my waitress forgot or... idk... but I watched the bartender personally serve up 4 mixed drinks and 2 beers to tables, before we decided to leave because our waitress hadn't been back to our table, even tho she served up drinks too, 2 other tables literally ignoring us as she walked by and back by. So yeah we decided to leave, Upon walking out, my waitress was standing by the front door casually jabbering with another girl.... I threw 4 bucks down for the lemonade my son ordered, even tho I did not allow him to take it. Over 20 minutes there give or take, and the most pitiful service ive ever had without receiving ANYTHING, Or having my order taken. The attitude of the waitress wasnt even friendly upon greeting or seating. The place wasn't close to busy either. I was there September 28th, around early dinner time. Between 5 and 6pm. Now in turn it was also the best thing that could have happened that day for my Son and I's, Guy Day, Road trip, Birthday Trip. I say this because we ended up instead at Twin Peaks, and I could not have asked for better food, (too hot to touch, and served in less than 30 minutes.) They were maybe half full, mildly busy, but more so than Hooters. My son and I both had our drinks within 5 minutes of Entering!!! appetizers were ordered when the first drinks arrived!!! I took a little long to actually order my actual meal, but that because the atmosphere was so much more light hearted, inviting and fun, my son just wanted to wave at everyone and play his provided game and coloring page. They treated us like family. Nothing served was cool or warm, it was HOT, or ICE COLD 🍺. I cannot say enough how disappointed I was with my experience to this Hooters Location. My guess, time for new management, or a fresh round of training for...
Read moreThis was by far the worst overall dining experience I had ever had. When we first got sat down, we ordered drinks, waters, and apps. We proceeded to wait over a half hour for water because “ice needed to be made”? The drinks were good just not on time at all. After we placed our food order (apps still not arrived), we proceeded to wait another 45 minutes for our food. When it arrived, it was cold like it had been sitting. We had to ask multiple times for ranch and silverware. On top of all of this still no apps. The apps finally arrived after we asked multiple times (we were told the paper ran out of their printer) so the order was lost, but our waitress told us she would comp them. Once we had finished and got our tab, we saw the apps were not taken off we asked if she would still be doing that. Which she replied she would be after checking in with her manager. She took the bills back, asked her manager (where we waited another 15 minutes for our tabs) just for her to come back saying she could not comp or discount ANY of our tab despite our food not arriving for over an hour after we sat down. When we asked for her manager, the manager never came over just sent back the bill with the apps taken off. I do feel for the waitress she was very kind and trying her best, however the overall experience and management was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Terrible experience and management. DO NOT EAT HERE. Take your business to Twin Peaks or Bdubs where your food will arrive on time and have...
Read moreThis review sucks. I used to come here 3-4 days a week along with some other regulars. I will now be going elsewhere primarily.
Menu changes are okay. What's not okay is literally axing the menu taking away the things the few regulars that come here actually eat. You can't afford to lose the regulars....
Burger Sliders gone. Chicken sliders gone. Garlic Parm gone. Honey Sriracha gone. Teriyaki gone. General Tso gone. Honey Cipotle gone.
70% of wings ordered in the NW are sauced wings. NO RANCH OR BLUE CHEESE WITH WINGS!? Only place in Toledo to be that stingy, let alone after getting rid of every sauce anyone would order. How hard is it to carry more than 3 sauces!? 🤦🏻
I'll stop here out of respect. You are a wing place and now have the menu of a local bar. This was a TERRIBLE decision by the new owner. But what do I know 😅
This used to be a 5 star review. I spent $200/week in here. Not anymore. 👋🏻
UPDATE: The lame auto responses don't help. It says from owner but then it needs to get to the right team? Another personal touch offloaded. Why take over a restaurant if you are gonna care so little?
Me as a customer alone would cover the costs of sauces you axed. Debating never coming again after the lame auto response.
I run a very successful company and we still personally respond and make decisions based off customers feedback. Definitely done going here...
