I am from Cincinnati OH. We drove 3 hours to get to the store. My stylist was Erin. I am so grateful for her. I was able to find my dream dress. Erin was not even finished putting it on me before I started to cry, while she was still clamping it to fit me. She noticed me crying, she smiled and whispered “is this the one??”, patting my shoulder, so my mom and aunt couldn’t hear on the other side of the curtain. She was genuinely so happy for me. My mom was taking picture of me after the reveal. (The pictures of Erin are blurry/low quality- because I cropped myself out of them to show Erin’s emotion) Having a “stranger” be so happy for you and calling you beautiful is such a different feeling. By the end of the appointment, I felt like I had known the girls at the bridal shop. They never once singled me out. And I had A LOT to be singled out over. They were able to cater to all of my needs. I had gastric sleeve surgery October 2021. I have lost about 130-140 pounds. I am still currently losing. They were able to help me with fitting and dress style so I would be able to have the dress altered down as I lose more weight. Although I have lost a significant amount of weight, my stomach is very large. While trying on dresses and talking to the seamstress, negative comments like “ your stomach makes it hard for fitting” etc were never brought up. They were actually very encouraging saying they could make things work. All the styles of dresses Erin brought for me,slimmed me out significantly. Aside from having my weight loss surgery, I have had 6 surgeries since October 2022. Most of these have been emergency surgeries. I have been unable to wedding dress shop up until now. I was bleeding and losing so much blood at one point, they were considering transfusions. My original wedding date was October 2023 but due to my medical issues we had to push it back until May 2024. I had my last surgery in April and had been healing well. We thought we had finally solved the issue. Well to my surprise, I actually had to have emergency surgery AGAIN on July 7th, just a week before my appointment ☹️☹️☹️ Due to having such recent surgery, I was still having drainage and blood at the time of my appointment. I actually had to wear an adult diaper to my appointment to prevent any of my drainage from getting on other clothes/dresses. Buying the dress itself experience was great once they found my reservation. There was two “Jennifer’s” and the lady behind the desk didn’t verify the reservation and I didn’t volunteer more information as she seemed to know was she was doing. They were going to squeeze us in a small room until my mom went and sorted the confusion out. Once we got that sorted out it was great. Everyone was nice and helpful and not pushy at all. However I purchased the “Love Package” which includes them steaming/pressing the dress to make it smooth and wrinkle free for the wedding day. I got my dress dyed blue beforehand and so it was very wrinkly from shipping. I dropped it off and they had my dress for 2.5weeks which I was assured was plenty of time to have it done by. Pick up day/ time was set for noon on the Thursday before my out of state wedding that Saturday. We arrived at the shop at 1pm(later than planned) and they first could not even FIND my dress. Then come to find out they are still working on it and have only been working on it for an hour. Which means they started trying to press it at the time we were supposed to pick it up. Come to find out they can’t get it pressed and state they have tried everything they can think of. They blamed the dye processing and to ask the people who dyed it for advice. Well I needed my dress NOW. As in my rehearsal was the next day and I didn’t have time to find a dry cleaner or anything. They gave me a refund for the pressing portion but I’m still stuck with the dress as is. I would have had time to explore other options had they let me know it couldn’t be done by them any other time then the day I NEEDED it by. They only STARTED trying to press it the day I needed it on. I also gave them my wedding date so they knew that. I also contacted the dye place (not that it mattered anymore) and they said in all their years dying chiffon wedding dresses it has never been an issue for any of their brides and suggested also taking it to a regular dry cleaner. When looking at the train I could actually see where they kinda tried as some spots were very bad and some less so as in that’s where they tried to press it. I was really nervous the days leading up to my wedding dress appointment, after talking with Erin on the phone she put me at ease. She walked me through how the process would go and answered all of my questions. Not to mention she really took the time to get to know me! She turned my nervousness into excitement! Candy is also so lovely I really enjoyed working with her. She picked out some lovely dresses for me to try on and helped me throughout the whole process! The shop is absolutely stunning and so beautiful, everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Walking in I didn't know what to expect. After trying on several dresses I said yes to the dress! Very very happy with my experience at Atlas bridal, especially since this was my first time looking at wedding dresses! I didn't expect to find my dress my first time shopping, Atlas bridal really knows their stuff! Highly highly recommend them to anyone who's apprehensive, intimidated, or new to the task of finding their dream dress! Couldn't be happier, this bride to be is over the moon!

Staff was also extremely helpful outside of the shopping experience! The robe I had received from the 25 dollar package was a bit small on me. I asked if I could exchange it for another size and they were happy to help! I also asked if they could take pictures of my dress so I could show my fiancé what it looks like without me in it. We want to save that special moment for our first look! Unfortunately contrary to what the website says they no longer offer dresses for bridesmaids, I would assume the same for mother of the bride dresses but don't hold me to that. I don't want to give any incorrect information.

They also have great deals for the groom and groomsmen! I don't remember all the details but they receive discounts for you being the bride!
