cinco de mayo — Restaurant in Toledo

First let me say, the food and margaritas were amazing per usual. Secondly, I have never been to a restaurant where I was treated so poorly by a waiter/waitress and to make it even worse, he said he was the so called "manager" His name is Oscar"(bald head Mexican guy). From the time we sat down, to him forgetting to add items to our order, to his off-putting attitude, and etc. I asked for another manager and he said that he was the manager and nobody else was here. Now mind you, I've been coming here for years and I didn't see the regular managers that I know.

I asked him for the other managers name, so that I could call and complain, and he refused to give me his name saying that he's the only manager. I had to get up and ask a hostess the general managers name and she told me Auturro. Then Oscar decided to come back over to our table, being very rude and nasty, and I let him know politely that I am requesting for a different waiter to finish our evening and to pay the bill. He the started walking past our table every 2 minutes and when he seen my money sitting on the table, he tried to force me to pay with him. I told him no because I requested someone else to finish taking care of me. He goes and gets a co-worker, who knows that I'm a regular customer, and continued to try and argue with me; saying he's done with me. I'm a little confused because I came here to spend my hard earned money. Nethertheless, the other gentleman who helped me was polite and very helpful and told me that he'll tell Auturro( the general manager) about the situation. I am writing this review from the toilet in hopes to express the severity of my situation, if you value the relationship you have with your sphincter I recommend avoiding this place at all cost. me & my fiance visited this location October 13th 2024 around 12:00 p.m. and we've been purging ever since! Upon completing our meal, we immediately felt sick. so we began to look around more closely our surroundings were clearly neglected the windows tables and floors were all dirty, like over a year of neglect. the sour cream dish & salsa dish both had dried on food particles from previous restaurant goers clearly showing a lack of hygiene. We couldn't even express our dissatisfaction there was only one employee that spoke mediocre English and of course he was nowhere to be found as the stomach pains intensified we were left with no choice but to retreat to the restaurants restroom's just for us to then be met with another obstacle the whole back half of the restaurant smelled like straight bio slush feces, it was clearly culminating from the men's bathroom smelling as though someone else had their own purging, we immediately left the restaurant, never to return. We will be reaching out to the local health department and immigration, Completely unacceptable.

First of all let me start by saying that I had the worst dining experience of my life. My family and I went to have an evening out. First of all no one ever came to our table to refill the drinks. And secondly we wanted to order Margaritas but no one came back to our table to even take the order. And finally my wife wanted a to go container it took them over a half an hour to bring the to-go container. I asked to see the manager to voice my displeasure. The waitress were speaking to one another in Spanish so I wouldn't understand what they were saying. I KNOW THEY WERE GETTING THE STORY STRAIGHT. They claimed there wasn't a manager on duty.. I found that hard to believe. The guy who I talked to started off by saying how short they were working. I counted three waitresses were walking by my table every 5 minutes no one ever stopped to check on us. I just need to say that I would not be returning to Cinco de Mayo on Alexis Road. Simply there was no excuse for us to be treated in that manner. I don't care what kind of discount you offered me. I will not be treated that way ever again . I refused his discount he tried to buy me off with that excuse. It was totally unacceptable. There's no godly reason to treat customers in that manner. I will find out who the real manager or the owners are and I will write them an email. I will also tell all my friends about the experience I've had there and I hope they will not eat here or give them any chance to be ignored.. Cinco de Mayo you...
