Pulled in 25 minutes before close, the instant we parked she looked directly at us rolled her eyes and flared her arms in the air upset. She then proceeded to glare at us through the window. Her attitude was obvious before we even got out of the car. Sat here for a second trying to find a different location to go to and she locked the door 15 minutes early so nobody could come in, afterwards 3 different cars pulled up and tried to go in but couldn't due to her locking the door early. Both employees then proceeded to laugh at customers sitting outside then hide in the back and not answer the phone. I've never experienced this bad of customer service without even being a customer before in my life. I used to work at this location and I never would have reacted the way she did due to a customer pulling up 25 MINUTES...

Read moreDine-in lobby is clean and well stocked. Management is present and consistent with delegating tasks as well as being first point of contact with all customers. Staff seem to enjoy themselves while on shift and show respect to leadership. The owner has been on-site for a few of my visits and he is friendly and personable with staff and customers, he seems to care about his employees. The sandwiches do not disappoint, they are made in front of you. Any alterations to the meal per your diet are made on the spot without making one feel uncomfortable or like they are a bother. If an ingredient is low or out, staff offer popular substitutions and/or personal recommendations on the fly.
