McDonald's — Restaurant in Toledo

I’ve lived 2 min away from This McDonald’s for the past 10 years & I promise it is the worst McDonald’s in Toledo… Morning shift way better than midday and night shifts but all around still a terrible place… Anything negative that you can think of about any McDonald’s just know it’s going on at this specific location.. 1.. WE ALL KNOW THE ICE-CREAM MACHINE NEVER WORKS LIKE NEVER AT THIS LOCATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS SUCKS. THE TWO DRIVE TROUGH SPEAKERS DON’T EVER GET ROTATED IN SO NO MATTER WHAT ONE YOU GO TO THEY STILL STAY ON THE FIRST ONE.. (Morning shift is better at rotation then night). They don’t like to give a recipe half the time. THEY MESS UP EVERY ORDER.. (NOT Exaggerating) You wait in line for your food long AF & even after all the wait time your food is still messed up and or cold like u didn’t just wait 20/30 min after paying.. Half the time they pull up 3/6 cars & at this point ppls food gets mixed up from car to car.. They have maintenance men from the outside handing you your food and drinks at the window.. WITH DIRTY ASS NAILS, NO GLOVES & a yellow reflection vest on (from sweeping up the cigarettes from outside).. 😂😂 They get so mad about a sauce you paid for and ask to see the bag.. 😂 They will stuff a $30 order all in one bag with your fry’s upside down 🙃 They will argue with you bc you tell them your order is wrong, even with a recipe that says all the right shit on it.. Half the time on night shit they tell you the system is down and can’t take orders but they all outside smoking. Late night shift always has an issue so they can only take either just cash or just card it’s never just any kind of payment. Late night shift don’t have a full menu EVER..

I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS McDonald’s WITH HOW MUCH SHIT THATS GOES WRONG HERE ON A DAILY.. I will seriously drive to the one on Alexis by Meijer just so I don’t gotta deal with this location. DONT EVEN WASTE...

I've given this McDonald's chance after chance. Just a disappointment. Yesterday (Sunday) my husband went to go get us breakfast and ordered a biscuits and gravy but was out of gravy. How could you be out of gravy on a Sunday morning at 5 30am? Then he went to get dinner and they didn't give us our 2 mcdoubles. Like really?!? I've tried to call the store to talk with management and they don't answer their phones. I've even called to ask a question but no answer. Management isn't any better. One time I seen a manager argue with an employee right in front of the guests. Then the manager got an attitude bc she had to come over to the register just to put her code in. Another time we went and there was a spill and someone went to go tell an employee and all they did was put a wet floor sign on it which I myself almost fell bc of the uncleaned spill. It's just dirty bathrooms dirty. It takes awhile for the food. Also most of the females that work there are just "fast" and don't care if your man has a woman or ring on. They be starting at my husband and at times got our meals wrong bc they didn't pay attention. Thots!!!!!! This store NEEDS a whole...

Horrible, horrible experience! Went to the drive-thru on the right. Two cars went through on the left. So I parked my car and went inside. I got inside and it took almost 5 minutes for somebody to take my order. The store was empty. The workers were all just standing there laughing and cracking jokes. It took 17 minutes to get a Big Mac meal, 2 McChickens with light mayo, a large fry, and 2 large drinks. After 15 minutes I asked where my food was. They finally got together and got my food. When I got home. This is what I got. I was going to see from the Big Mac meal there was literally, and I mean quite literally, 12 pieces of lettuce, and one pickle. Nothing. But on the sign outside of McDonald's it says Big Macs are extra saucy. And the two McChicken's had a ton of mayo that didn't even hit the sandwich. They just smashed it on the wrapper! Needless to say, we'll never come here again! Oh also and when I walked in the door from the parking lot I slipped and fell and somebody picked over the counter and just looked at me. Seen me on the ground and did nothing. The floors were so slippery and I wasn't the only...
