If you want to support places that treat you well, then this isnāt the place. The woman who āhelpedā us last night was incredibly rude and this turned into a one time visit for us. My sister and I placed separate orders approximately 10 minutes before we arrived to pick up the orders. I went in and spoke with a very nice young worker who said the orders were just going in and that it would be another 5-6 minutes for them, so I said that I was going to wait in the car and would be back in a few. My nephew and I went in to pick up our orders (heās a kid) and after about 5 minutes of waiting (no one told us it was going to be an additional 10 minutes) we noticed a door and wondered if it was a bathroom. There was only a sign on the door that said something about washing your hands, so we believed it to be a bathroom and my nephew cracked the door open about 6ā to look. It was not a bathroom. The woman rudely said ādo you need somethingā to which I said that we thought it was a bathroom and she again rudely told me to go somewhere else. Ok, bad day? Letās move on from that and just get our order and go. I get the order after another 5 or so minutes and realize when I get to the car that she only gave me one of our two orders, so I went back inside. I even still nicely said that I only got one of my orders. I donāt know what she thought was happening but she appeared to think I was a Door Dash driver and she started ripping me a new one and told me I came in right after I ordered to pick up the orders (not true) and at this point, now Iām going to get rude back. I told her I donāt drive for Door Dash and that we were picking up our personal orders, and brought up how rude she was about the accidental thinking the door was a bathroom (you should really put a do not enter sign up). She started going on about how she has high school kids working there telling her we keep coming in and out for our orders, to the point where it sounded completely delusional and not even about us. We went inside 10 min after placing the order, again 6 min later to pick up said order, then a third time only because they forgot our 2nd order. Bottom line, the woman working here (not sure if sheās an owner) is over the top rude and if you want to support businesses with a customer service mind, order from...

Called that number and placed my order, walked in the blistering cold to the Holland location, turns out wrong location. Get told I cannot place another order since the other location had my current order, not a feasible walking distance at all, and that if I didnāt they lose out on the $9 order so wouldnāt let me do another. I even suggested I would PAY FOR BOTH ORDERS so I could get food and was told no. Absolutely ridiculous customer service with no attempt at all to reconcile a mistake....

They provided a tiny thimble of pizza sauce for an order of 8 breadsticks. My pizza was a 12" with 4 items (x-cheese, pepp, ham and bacon) I'm glad I got the x-cheese as there wouldn't have been enough otherwise. The toppings seemed fresh and flavorful. The ham was slices as opposed to the kibbles that some places use. The crust was soft and tasty. There was a shortage of pizza sauce. Overall the PizzAroma experience was good, but definitely not...
