Aisha's service at Rally's is not just a job, it's an art form. She has mastered the art of customer service, which is I feel is a lost art.
She treats every customer interaction as an opportunity to create a memorable experience.
She doesn't just take orders, she engages in friendly conversation, making customers feel seen and appreciated. She doesn't just solve problems, she turns them into opportunities to exceed customer expectations, once again is a lost art.
Aisha's service is a performance, a dance of efficiency and grace. She moves swiftly and smoothly, juggling multiple tasks with ease. She handles the pressure of a busy drive-through with a calm and composed demeanor, never letting the stress show.
Her communication skills are also commendable. She speaks clearly and listens attentively, ensuring that every order is accurate and every customer is satisfied. She has a knack for making customers feel heard and understood, which is a rare and valuable skill in customer service.
In conclusion, Aisha's service at Rally's is a shining example of the forgotten art of customer service. She brings a human touch to a fast-food drive-through, making every customer feel special and every visit a pleasant experience. She is a true artist in her field, and her performance is worthy of recognition and appreciation.
Full transparency Aisha, is so delightful that I believe some customers visit more for her charming service than for the food itself.
If I were to express any criticism, it would be that the rating system only goes up to five stars. The service I receive EVERY TIME is so exceptional, it surpassed the maximum rating and deserved more than five...
Read moreThey have horrible customer service, i had a huge order, they were out of everything dang near. I ordered 4 of the the 2.49 chicken bites box and each box had different amount of bites. One box had 5 and another had 10, i was not done with my order when she totalled it out, so i had to put a 1.00 hot dog on a seperate order. Get to register to pay and paid with card for first order and then handed her a 20.00 for the second, she takes twenty stands in window for a second then says i cant take this i need exact change. So paid for it. I asked did she give a receipt she says yes then walks away and comes back and says were out of receipt paper all the food was cold, old and too salty. The bbq boneless chicken wings were hard and they sprinkled bbq on them they mixed old fries with new fries and were soggy. So i could not verify my order to be correct or have proof. I will never go there again. This is how you treat your customers on top of all you were missing, and no receipt paper for proof, then the nerve to be rude as well........ This was unacceptable. Worst experiance ever, and I am new to Ohio. If i had a choice to give Zero stars i would because they dont deserve the one I...
Read moreOrdered through Doordash. Never notified when the order was complete, and I arrived at the ordered time, if not a couple of minutes later without the notification. I waited most of the 15 minutes I was there in line... in the front of it. Saw another doordasher leave as the window wasn't checked at all, and went to the drive through window since he wasnt spotted. Most of the food was cold when picked up. The Slimer's Green Apple Slushie was the wrong size and the Spicy Chicken Double which was ordered with pickles had none. (I am absolutely ashamed, I paid extra for both.) Speaking of the Slimer's Green Apple Slushie, the entire thing was just shaved ice and at the very bottom was the flavor, like it was put in first, the rest completely unflavored. My roomate ordered the Chicken Bites & Fries Box and the Cheesecake Sundae, the chicken cold and fries soggy. We made fun of the sundae to spoon ratio when I got home. (imagine the world's smallest sundae and a spoon meant for a large sundae.) All together, it was a waste of a 30 minute trip that took me 6 minutes to get to, for only the Monsterella...
