Put in a mobile order. 5 your way meals and 2 kids meals. Guy at the window was nice. Gave me the 7 drinks and asked me to pull up while they make the order. So, I park out front and wait. The girl brings out 2 bags of food. I said the kids meals are missing and she starts arguing by saying that was all the food on the screen. I told her there should be 2 kids meals. The guy at the window already gave me the juice boxes for them. She says that's all the food. I start going through the bags and said there is no applesauce. The kids meals are missing. So she takes the 2 bags back inside and comes back a few minutes later with the 2 bags and 2 kids meal bags. I said so all the food was there and just the kids meals were missing? And she says I just forgot the applesauce. I said so all the food is here and she says yeah. I get home and there are only 2 fries in the bags. So I call and had to call 3 times before anyone answered the phone. I asked for the manager. The lady says she's the manager. I tell her what happened and that I'm angry that after she argued with me that I now have to drive back up there again. She's apologetic and says she'll go up there and take care of her right away. Asks if I want to come back to get the food tonight. I said yes. I drive back up there and go inside. The girl with the braids whispers to the manager lady that lady is here. The girl then brings me a bag and says this is your missing food. I told her I wanted them to make the Jr whopper over too because I didn't want to eat cold food when I got back home. So she goes back and tells the manager I want the burger remade. I look in the bag while they remake the burger... Why is the order still wrong?!! I just took all the onion rings instead of having to go through another argument that 2 should have been fries. They did get the missing large half n half correct at least. The girl with the braids brings the bag with the burger over to the counter and sets it down. Never says a word. Not a sorry for your inconvenience, have a nice night, or anything. The manager never came out to address me either. I just took the bags and left. Will definitely never go there again. I'll drive the extra half mile to the Alexis location. Would have been much quicker since this whole process of getting "fast food" tonight took well over an hour....
ย ย ย Read moreI'm in my mid-60s and I just learned something that I previously held to believe for many years until this location taught me the truth. The company slogan which is 'Have it Your Way' is designed for the comfort of their negligent employees who occasionally show up and clock in. This is the perfect job for anyone who wishes to be paid for perusing videos on tik Tok and even taking selfies with your Motorola cellular at the drive-in window ignoring the customer who is trying to wave at you for your attention because they would like extra ketchup. It is permissible by the management for the staff to create their own version of customer service which is to selectively toss orders on the counter without letting anybody know who's is who's after uploading they're all important comment on their Instagram account. One lucky man was even given my order and I received nothing other than attitude when I had the nerve to interrupt the staff asking if by chance they had forgotten my order. Miss non congeniality Ohio with hands on her hip barked, "I put on the counter ain't my fault he took it." This happened earlier this month and I still have not received my refund and I have been informed by my bank that there is nothing pending nor any electronic notation whatsoever of a credit. And it dawned on me that the manager faked me out as I now recall his movements at the register where in fact he did nothing. At that particular moment my eyes were fixated on the other employee who was disgusted with the man who held my food as he announced with great delayed realization that he had the wrong order as she grabbed it from the counter and tossed it in the direction of the kitchen landing in the French fries. The employees are having it their way no doubt and they always will because nobody can be fired these days. They say it takes two hands to handle a Whopper. I would venture a little further and say it takes eight hands to perform the task of two hands to simply customize a...
