Terrible experience tonight through drive thru. Could not hear girl to place order, when I got up to window after ordering and gave my money (should have gotten 10.00 back). She took my money the same time she gave me 1 pop, handed out second pop and I asked for a carrier, handed me drink and carrier. Instantly handed me the 2 box meals I ordered. Turned around and handed me my 2 sides of nacho cheese and sauces without a bag i asked for bag and as i started to pull away realized i didn't get my change. She told a manager then two managers stood and talked, then one manager pulled a report off the register and the tape jammed. She then did it again and proceeded to count the whole drawer, giving money to the cashier to put in the safe while counting. Meanwhile my food is sitting in my car ice cold. When she finally finished at least 10 minutes later she proceeded to give me my change. I told her she could have her cold food back just refund me my money. She then asked me for my receipt, if I would have got my receipt I might have got my change, meanwhile the young cashier stood with a smirk on her face. I figured this was just for the greeting, and that a real human being was listening, and ordered two of the new "street chalupas", steak, with double meat. Iwas mistaken, and the Chatbot responded, and The result was the chalupas showed up on the menu, but without any mention of the double meat. I asked it politely to add the double meat. It said it didn't understand. I repeated myself but slower and more clearly. It said the same thing, i got a bit agitated and said "add double meat" in a somewhat angry tone. Finally a human responded. They said "you want to add double meat? Okay", and asked if there was anything else. I added av large nacho fry. Upon recording my order, I was somewhat disappointed by by the size, and wrap for the chalupas, as they were very small, but I get what they were going for, similarity to street tacos which are small. The wrap is not what I was expecting for it being called a chalupa. The picture shows that I was not given double meat, as there were 3 tiny scraps of steak, and 3 is clearly not divisible by 2.    Read moreNormally never have issues but they put together the boxes wrong and I ended up with the cheesy bean rice in my box which was supposed to be the 5 layer so I ended up eating a mputh full of rice which can put me in the hospital and I lost out on a burrito cuz I couldn't tell me roommate I want mine after I took a big bite of what was supposed to be in his box. When it comes to possibility of health risks. They should be putting the boxes together properly for the orders cuz u can't always tell with how they wrapped things. On top of it some of the food was old and my crunchwrap had almost nothing inside of it. Barely anything per bite except tortillas. I never been this unsatisfied with this location before. And it risked my health and food quality was crappy. And a update it is causing me problems sense eating and if worsens I will end up in the hospital for sure. Not giving this taco bell buisness again at this rate. Another bad moment. Didn't get the proper sauce for the 9 dollar luxe box. Got almost nothing meat to all of our food.
