Big Boy — Restaurant in Toledo

Can't rate the food we canceled the dine-in order. The service was sub-par, when it shouldn't have been. For the simple fact that we were the only other people in the whole entire restaurant we should have gotten everything we needed without fail. My spouse asked that his chili be served with the rest of his meal. That turned into a debate and the waitress had to talk about it with the others, when we looked up and made eye contact the little group disbanded. Waitress returned half served chili back to the pot. Felt even further uncomfortable, how much of the half served chili ended back into the pot? Not sure I want to return to this location. My fiance and I went yesterday. The chicken strips were under cooked after waiting on them for over 8mins and the lasagna was definitely not what we thought. It was very sloppy and not worth what we paid. $40 for dinner and not satisfied or full. It was a waste of money and a major disappointment. The only nice part was the server. She was very nice and informed me that I paid too much the last time. I was under the understanding that there were three extra strips for a reasonable price. Absolutely disgusting. Restrooms smelled really bad to start. Then onto food, cottage cheese was sour and then when asked for cheese for chili Mac they bring it out with mold in it, and then when brought to their attention server brings out a 2oz cup of more and it too had mold. This after hearing the server (Susan-not a manager) go back to the kitchen and snotty tone to cowrkers after we asked for the cheese for the chili Mac.
