Me & a relative stopped at this Burger King while out shopping today & when I say I was completely disappointed with the service given in this restaurant...it is beyond disbelief. Let me just start out by saying if you don’t like dealing with customers then the food industry isn’t for you. The cashier was extremely rude & ghetto & acted as if she had no work training. Let alone home training. When we placed our order We couldn’t decide initially what We wanted..then as we started to order one of the meal deals they offered I guess the cashier wasn’t understanding what we were trying to order & when she had to correct it she began to get frustrated like we made a mistake. Moving on... when I ordered my chicken sandwich...I asked for my chicken to be freshly made. She put it in the order to be well done.. I didn’t know freshly made meant well done but the cooks in the back assumed I wanted my chicken cooked longer than normal. Once I overheard what they were about to do I asked them not to drop it in the grease again. The manager who was standing there proceeded to respond with a little attitude saying “that’s what well done means” and I had to politely tell her that’s not how I wanted it prepared I asked for it to be freshly made. And you would think instead of her telling me what well done means she would’ve just asked her crew to make the order correctly like I asked. After this I go to the drink station. Two other gentlemen end up walking up behind us to order. As I was walking back to the counter I over heard one of the men asking for his cup that came with his meal. The cashier responds...”I gave it to you didn’t I” clearly she didn’t if he had to ask. As he walks off to get his drink she began to talk bad about the man calling him names right in front of me & another gentleman..all I could do was shake my head. It just baffles me how people apply for and accept these type of jobs but don’t want to give the good customer service that’s suppose to come with it. And I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this place was nothing but negative. If I was someone from their corporate office visiting the store that day. That cashier would’ve been fired on the spot. However I will give this place 1 star only because that chicken sandwich was so damn good fresh out the grease in which I can order fresh food at any location so with that being said...This Burger King...
Read moreI made a comment tonight to the man behind the window who I believe turned out to be the manager as he handed me my food. I told him good luck tonight and don't get discouraged and thank you for coming to work. There were nine cars in line at 9:35 and I was in the middle. It was taking a while, longer than usual, and I wondered how many people in this line have chosen not to work and will become upset with those who have shown up to work. I believe the worst consequence post-covid is what has happened to the American Labor Force in that it is not a force at all presently….it has become a weakened institution. And when I see customers going off on the people who provide customer service it upsets me greatly due to the misplacement of how we have arrived at this unfortunate juncture absent of all social respect toward one another. Why would anyone yell, scream, threaten, physically and verbally assault someone for a burger that did not come with cheese yet was supposed to? Perhaps a line worker has been yelled at five times prior to your arrival so you conclude the service sucks. There exists a huge amount of entitlement these days in which people hopefully become aware that customer service provides you the product they advertise as well as market, yet they are not your servants. I applaud the staff here in what appeared a hectic night the evening of October 19th. Thank you for coming to work; please keep your dignity held high. You may at times have a thankless job but I am here to tell you that you are appreciated more than you have been acknowledged by customers who chose to come to you in the first place. Oh….the burger was delicious and the fries were consistent once again in their crunchy appetizing...
Read moreI am so disappointed in this Burger King. I don't normally write reviews, but I'm tired of my terrible experiences with this Burger King. I have had a long week due to a sick family member and was hoping to just pick up a couple of hot sandwiches to get me by for dinner tonight. I went through the drive thru, and the employees are okay at best. They hand me my food without speaking. I understand this is no Chic-fil-a, but I don't even get a thank you, have a good day, or a smile. I should've known then how terrible my food would be. I got home and opened my first sandwich, which was assembled upside down (whatever, I'm hungry I don't care about aesthetics) but should've noticed it was clearly carelessness, because my next bite would let me know the meat is SEVERELY overcooked, and has shriveled up to a blackened small patty. It was hard and overloaded with ketchup and mustard (also, didn't care about the excess of condiments as i usually receive just a tiny dot of ketchup) I figured, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, I'll throw this one away and just eat the other, but unfortunately, the other burger was the same way. I pitched the blackened meats, as I wouldn't even feed them to my dogs. I guess I'll be spending more time and energy making something for dinner tonight. I don't know if I would ever choose that Burger King over any of the other restaurants near me. Maybe I'm lashing out since I've had a hard week, but is it really too much to ask for a decently cooked fast food burger? Apparently at this...
