You got a restaurant known for ice cream where it should bring good vibes all the time but when u got workers we making just that fail your restaurant got managers and employees gossiping and keeping things going on in the work place it makes it hard to work let alone make u not wanna come in schedule made on the day u got off so if u off Sunday u don't know u gotta work till on the day of Monday and if u don't got jolt cause the owner nor the managers even spelled your name wrong even your name was spelled wrong to cash your check at the Krogers or anywhere else cause the owner spelled your name wrong not only that to go through the drive thru and order chicken strips that the restaurant bought from Krogers cause they sure wasn't Diary Queen stripes to order fries they cold,managers telling u to not ask to the owner Dave nothing cause he don't know nothing cracking jokes about it so what would make u wanna take him serious when this who represents him but place too hostile toward certain ones of (color)and freezer where if u put ice cream in the it's not keeping ice cream frozen is why when customers get it it's running over like milk,man ordered a sandwich which I witness they whipped the mayo off gave him back his sandwich slapped back together rather than make sandwich fresh completely and gave it back to customer and laughed about it within the restaurant got others intimidating and throwing that u loss your job if u don't do this or that constantly "if u don't do this or that you can disappear "is how it was worded never said anything cause I see they wanted a reaction outta me managers making little comments to minors that was nice get mad if u throw ice cream away want u mix melted ice cream with ice cream that's been sitting being me not the first time have customers upset at us if the people working in this place bring all this negative they need put all that negative into satisfying the customer and stop the false advertisement cause this Diary Queen is like no other and will never be with it being ran as it should how you upset u spelling an employee name wrong and they went four days coming asking u to change it each time u too busy and still now they check they wasn't able to cash that the parents had to cash they checks thru they parents from the start people was having problems with not getting checks and direct deposit good luck...
Read moreWe went through the drive thru on opening day and didn’t have much of an issue when ordering food and ice cream. We would’ve been understanding though since it was the first day they were open.
However, the second time we went and used our cone tokens, it was a worse experience. We ordered four chocolate and vanilla twists in a cup with a cone, since we went through the drive thru and were heading straight home. I don’t think they knew how to ring in the cone tokens but again, no issue since it was still a new establishment at this point. Then they made us pull forward and wait for what felt like forever… for four ice cream cones… after we had already waited at the window for about 10 minutes. Very frustrating but we were still trying to be understanding.
Well, yesterday on our way home, we decided to stop through the drive thru again and just get blizzards. I ordered 3 of the exact same blizzards (brownie batter, add Reese’s cups, and add peanut butter), same size and everything. The gentleman taking our order seemed very confused and kept asking me to repeat myself. He kept asking “peanuts?” and I kept correcting him “no, peanut butter and Reese’s cups”. Then he confirmed about 3 different times that I wanted 3 of the same blizzard and then I had to repeat what toppings I wanted a total of like 3 or 4 times. Very frustrating but whatever.
Our total for 3 blizzards was $23 and some change… and none of them were correct. Mine had zero brownie pieces in it and when I got to the bottom of it, it was just vanilla ice cream… but this blizzard is made with chocolate ice cream??? My daughter’s also had zero brownie pieces in it, sprinkles (??) and peanuts… My boyfriend’s didn’t seem to have any peanut butter in it and I’m pretty sure he got all of our brownie pieces LOL.
Not to mention, we waited soooo long AND they had us pull around again to wait… for 3 blizzards??? I am just so confused at this point. I figured we’d have a longer wait with food but just ice cream???
Super bummed because we were looking forward to this Dairy Queen opening up. I’m hoping they get it together soon and figure it out. Luckily, the staff is always very nice, polite, and apologetic. It just sucks waiting that long for such expensive ice cream. I think we will wait awhile before we go back...

I'm weird once I like something I eat it for a month then move on.. now given I love ice cream and they are the closest so plus so I thought. I order the same thing everytime 2x extra cheesecake 2x extra gram on the new York cheesecake blizzard I'm gonna say maybe 2xs it's been made right any other time there is nothing but ice cream maybe 2 cheesecake pieces n a lil gram that's 140 dollars a week I'm spending and not getting not only what I ordered but paid for. ive even said can u make sure they are made correct im talking a cheeses piece in every bite they've even asked ur the one with the extra extra still made with literally nothing.. i order a 6 piece chicken combo which comes with 2 sauces already i tell them ranch and id like an extra buffalo i get charged for it but only get 1 ranch n 1 buffalo the one night they put empty dipping containers in the box i asked for my 2 ranches and buffalo and the workers was like they in the box n rolled her eyes i said in what this 1empty container with no lid the are rude except this one girl I don't know her name but she is sweet as pie she had dark brown hair and is always pleasant and always smiling she was working Thursday night the 3rd of April if a manager sees this they need to give her a raise or something she's the only 1 that hasn't gave me n attitude atleast... u makin 200 off 1 person a week and can't even get their order right not once if there was a closer ice cream place I most definitely would take my money there spent atleast 600 in the past weeks and can't get what I want smh. what happened to treating loyal customers with the upmost respect and triple checking to make sure their order is correct. guess places just aren't ran how...
