Love your Pizza and your drivers are very polite and pizza is always delivered within 10 -15 minutes,(excellent) how ever don't like the fact that you keep changing your hours of business without letting your customers know . and according to your website the hours are different than what they actually are.You used to close at 1 am then during the summer you changed to 12:15 am,now tonight I call to order a pizza at 11:45 and I'm told you now close at 11:30.will you people please make up your mind,According to your website you close at 12 am. I don't see why you cant let your loyal customers know when you are changing your hours,as I get messages on my phone all the time of your specials why cant you send a message stating your new hours.this is getting ridiculous and I'm about ready to go back to Marcos .At least you can count on their hours being consistent..If your concerned about your drivers being out that late due to robberies or what ever just make it so its pick up only after a certain time like Marcos does as I called them after calling your store and finding out you now close at 11:30.A loyal customer who LOVES your pizza,upset over your inconsistencies of...

The worst customer care or service I've ever had. I got 2 medium pizzas both were burnt ask for parmesan and butter garlic on the crust and 2 small cheese bread also burnt. Didnt get any parmesan or butter garlic and they said you can put it on yourself and I got chicken chunks got charged $8 for 5 tiny pieces of chicken smaller thank a McDonald's chicken nugget and was told the add doesn't say how many or how big they are so I have to deal with it and to top it all off the didnt give me a receipt so nothing could be dont about all this. Was told give me back half the pizza and I can remake it and give you another cheese bread. So if I do this then my kids have to wait another hour for food she said it will get there when we have an available driver. Then I asked for the number to the owner because the dont have a corporate office and then was told no if you want to talk to someone I'll be here tomorrow morning. First if I got bad service from you why would I come talk to you in person. So long story short this is by far the worst place I have ever got pizza from and the workers have the worst customer...

Great place to order food only thing is, we have lunch same time as jeep , they acted like they couldnt do our order til after jeeps order is done. bs if u ask me, i get lunch from here all the time...I think everyone should be treated equal and get what they want. If I go to lunch that time and have to wait and extra 15 mins for my food because you guys decided to do someone elses after I placed an order. Sad. Very disappointing.10am

**12pm I will not be ordering from here anymore nor will my job, they didnt bring everything I asked for like the condiments for my order, called to let them know and I even tipped the driver mind you already paid for off my credit card and would you believe i spoke with the manager Jim Huss and he was so rude and disrespectful!!! What an awful person to have working at vitos. And sad part this is one of my favorite pizza places, idk if jim woke up on the wrong side of the bed but jim needs to be fired or something. Action needs taken, also nobody should order here. Horrible place, horrible customer service,...
