Adam's Pizza — Restaurant in Tolleson

Due to the fact that every time i order wings only for delivery iv'e received wings with feathers still on them and they take over an hour, I will not be requesting their service any longer.

I ordered 40 wings during the beginning of the week yet they took over an hour and a half to give me my order.

They also told me over the phone that the person delivering was the manager due to the timing. When the delivery employee Juan got here he told me that he was not the manager.

I called back frustrated do to a business running in such an unorganized manner. The same employee that answered earlier than informed me that a woman by the name of Lidya was in charge.

I requested compensation and was told that my order payment would be cancelled.

A month later I call in regards to the fact that no compensation was received. Juan who is actually one of the owners of the establishment told me it was because Lidya returned the payment to the wrong person and that the only way i could get my money is if i went as some type of MOB money collector to pick it up.

I gave this restaurant many chances due to the food, but food quality went down as well as being initially anchored by their service.

A business that that treats clients like this can expect to stay small and not grow. Containing a well rounded team of customer service is the most important part. Not a team that neglects it....

Edit for a more recent review. We went today for superbowl. I ordered on grubhub as a PICK UP! Got there and they said someone from grub hub has to pick up and not me! What??? I ordered for pick up not delivery!! They would not give me the order until we showed them the order on my phone!! Learn how grub hub works and teach those kids in the front giving g out orders how it works! Also the honey hot were not hot. Like at all. Almost like all it was is BBQ sauce. They didn't taste like this before.The zucchini was little quarter sized pieces. Got like 6 of them Not worth the price! Overall a disappointing visit!

I don't normally leave bad reviews, and I see most of the reviews here are great, so maybe I showed up on a bad day. However, this was my first time eating here, and I ordered a large supreme pizza and 10 boneless wings. The wings look and taste like they were microwaved. Horrible. My very FIRST bite of pizza had something hard as a rock in it and felt like I nearly broke a tooth. The flavor of the pizza is extremely bland, and I feel like I get better from a typical chain like pizza hut.

Most other reviews here are great, which is why I tried it, but I would get a refund if I could. Order here at own risk.
