*2024 edit the star rating keeps declining Came on a Monday night and there were only 2 other people at the booth and two ppl at the bar. Waitress was no where to be found she was always at the upper dining area chatting away with her “manager” and coworkers the entire night. It took 35 min for her to come by and that’s only after us chasing down another waitress to find her. Then after requesting for a to go box, you would think common sense to bring the check right? Nope disappeared for another 40 minutes. She even told us the lemon pepper wasn’t going to be dry rub and it was and I hate dry rub. She gives us the Monday night specials menu and we order the bogo wings. Then she tells us the wings bogo deal AFTER we got our check and ordered the wings incorrectly and was charged $19 for 10 wings instead of 20. “Oh you get the deal if you order 20 not 10”. Well dang girl you didn’t think to tell us that when we were ordering?! I don’t understand how ppl get hired sometimes like my mind is blown right now. So disappointed in our service tonight. She even brought me my pulled pork nachos with no cheese and no sour cream. Yeah she got it fixed but they act like it’s a busy night and they suddenly forgot how to make their own nachos. I asked for lemon for my water and she brought me dried limes from the bar. It was just one thing after another. Smh. My first time here and I loved the service, music and dessert! Great place for late night eats (over IHOP for sure lol). Only negative was the ranch dressing-it was so runny when I dipped my celery in it, it dripped every where. I hate watery ranch dressing! **EDIT- only 5 days later and I am changing my star rating from a 5 to 3 because today I tried to place a to go order but couldn't on their app or their website. Called them 5 times and no one answered on a Saturday when they close at 2 a.m. it was frustrating and inconvenient. They should make it easier for customers to order to go especially if they're not going to answer phone calls. And especially with Covid going on, not everyone can dine in every time. **2023 update-we came for the new year special. Everything was off last night. The Mexican Candy shots I always get did not taste the same, the pulled pork nachos portion was smaller than usual and the service was not great. The filet mignon was bland and the lobster was too salty. I did like the chocolate cake, the ranch was better this time, the hot cheetos cheese sticks and egg rolls were good. I think I had a better experience at the bombshells off of 45 to be honest with food...
Read moreWhere do I even start? My friend and I came in just to relax, catch up, and have a good night. We sat down and waited over 15 minutes, nobody said a word to us. Eventually, our server came over and apologized, saying she was swamped with a large party and that her manager would be helping us instead.
When the manager showed up, he wasn’t friendly at all. He quickly took our drink order and walked off before we could even order food and the place wasn’t even busy. Someone else dropped off our drinks, and then we waited another 20 minutes before having to flag someone down to take our food order. Luckily, the woman who helped us then was really sweet and made us feel a little better.
But things just kept going downhill. When the food came out, they asked who had shrimp and still didn’t bring it out. I ordered wings. After eating two, I could tell something was off with the texture. I bit into the third and saw it was still pink and bloody inside. I was completely grossed out. It took another 10 minutes just to get someone to take it back.
Meanwhile, my friend still hadn’t received her shrimp, and when it finally came, it was cold. A server asked if I wanted something else, but at that point, I’d lost my appetite. The manager did not come to check in or apologize.
When we asked for the check, the server brought it and stood there waiting for us to pay, which was the longest attention we got all night. My friend even joked, “Oh, I have to pay now?” and the server awkwardly laughed but didn’t move.
Honestly, the whole night was just disappointing. What should’ve been a chill Friday night out turned into a mess. I won’t be...
Read moreRobert the manager gave us a a lot of good information about the restaurant, it location and the different experiences you can expect when going there for lunch or dinner and when you go during the week as opposed to the weekend. He also told us about the live band and types of music they play. Kary our waitress was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. She gave choices from some of the most popular dishes and her personal choices. I would have preferred the tenders be on a tray instead of a basket because it made it difficult to cut or use a fork without tearing the thin paper between the food and metal basket. They even had cloth napkins instead of paper. This makes things easier when you are eating hot wings, crawfish or even hamburgers with specialty sauces. Classy and fun atmosphere. I like that it is geared to a military theme honoring our veterans by going as far as having Veteran Only parking spots. The "Gunner" burger looked to be a hand made patty. It was cooked to perfection with no pink and very juicy as ordered. It had a tangy kick to it, but was not too hot or spicy. Too much bread for the patty size. French fries and onion rings were seasoned, hot and crispy. The chicken tender basket came with 3 huge pieces of fresh chicken hand breaded. Very moist and tender and seasoned fries. Bathrooms were extremely clean and well kept, which is a good indication of how clean the kitchen is from my experience. We will definately be back, except next time we will try out the atmosphere at night. I give Bombshells...
