Brit's Batch - Coffee & Bakery — Restaurant in Tomball

I was so excited to come check this place out. My daughter was really looking forward to a cookie, and the food looked nice. Unfortunately the service was really subpar. We were inside waiting for over 10 minutes. No one working even acknowledged we had entered the building, much less that we were standing in line. It was our first time, so we surveyed the options and went to the register to order. Turns out, this is not the correct order of operations because the couple behind us was helped instead. So we quietly stepped to the end of the line…another customer came in and went straight to the register (passing around us) and was helped right away. At this point, I spoke up saying that we had been passed over twice. The young lady working told me that the woman who went around us went through the drive thru and didn’t get all her food. I can understand why they would want to get her taken care of, but maybe one of the 4 other girls working could have helped us? Needed a last minute cake/cupcakes and decided Brit’s Batch looked like my best option for what I was looking for. Austyn and Mirabelle greeted my friend and I so sweetly! There were so many options that looked yummy but my eyes honed in a the croissants. So naturally it was a no brainer to order one. My friend ordered the ooey gooey cinnamon roll, we also got a half dozen of the vanilla sprinkle cupcakes. OMG soooo yummy, and the icing is the best I’ve ever had. I thought I wanted a coffee then I noticed their refreshers which made me torn on my decision. Mirabelle then pointed out their seasonal drinks and recommended the lavender lemonade, before she could even finish her words I said yes yes give it to me yes! I love lavender and lemonade it’s such a great marriage of flavors. They warmed my croissant and I enjoyed it as my snack on the ride home. I had an amazing experience at Brit’s Batch! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything from the decor to the delicious menu items was top-tier. But what truly made my visit unforgettable was the outstanding service I received from Austyn. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from helping me choose something I’d love, to checking in just the right amount without being overbearing. Austyn was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. You could tell she cares about what she does and makes every guest feel important.
