Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tomball

Part of it was on me, but at the same time check the stock. Granted it was very late in the day when I went to this Dunkin Donuts for the first time. I appreciate the fact they were still open, selling ice cream. I went in for Munchkins. I've bought them later in the day at other 24 hr locations so I didn't think much about it. I figured if they were still for sale then they would be good. Nope, I didn't find this out until I was halfway home though. The powdered munchkins were completely dry and crunchy all the way through to the center. The chocolate munchkins were only slightly better in that only the outside 1/3 was crunchy, the center was dry but soft. Good thing I had a large tea in the car. I ate maybe 4-5 of the 25 and threw the others out. I wasn't planning on driving back to that area of town just to return food that should never have been sold. All that said, The young man who waited on me was very nice and professional. The place seemed clean but not awe inspiring. If I did find myself back in the area again during the morning hours I might go back again, but I will try the donuts...

If you’re planning a special occasion, save yourself the headache and skip this place entirely.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts location. I ordered a cake a full week in advance for my child’s 5th birthday with a Hello Kitty cake topper. When I picked it up, the topper was wrinkled and poorly applied, completely ruining the appearance of a cake meant for a special celebration.

When I raised the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and offered absolutely no resolution. For a children’s birthday cake—something that should be handled with care—this lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I also ordered iced lattes from the Dunkin’ Donuts inside the same establishment. They were made with excessive milk, no caramel, and barely any coffee. It basically tasted like an iced cup of milk. Yet another example of poor quality and lack of care all around.

I will not be returning to this location and strongly recommend others avoid the entire establishment to prevent the same...

I dont even know how to put this nicely. My order (at the drive thru) a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin with a side of hash browns. Get to the window, the kid had no idea what my order was - so I told him. Comes to the window again, looking lost, so I tell him what I ordered AGAIN - they hand me 2 bagels. Gave it back to them and said this isn't my order. He goes to get another employee, so I end up telling him what I ordered, he then hands me 3 hotdogs? Are y'all serious? How does a bagel and hotdogs sound like anything I ordered? If yall can't understand your job, or just suck at it, maybe yall should find another job? This obviously isn't a job for any of you. Please just find new employees or just close this location. Y'all are a mess and obviously need better training. What a joke. I would drive 20 more miles to find a better...
