Starbucks — Restaurant in Tomball

Not sure what happened or of they sold the place and the new owner dont care. This was my spot. Loved the place peaceful they manage to control the loud noise and not have 1000 students having meetings at the place. And suddenly seems like its back to that. Super noisy, no seats because all the students take all the seats while they eat their dominos pizza or Chinese food. Feels like a flea market in there now. And then the staff not sure if they change all the staff I rarely see the old people there the new staff is rude. No professionalism. They will mop the floors with dirty stinky water while you eating your sandwich and to top it off mop your shoe along with the floor. They take way too long for drinks and food to come out and they play around like they are in kindergarten , horrible. I have been there 3x recently and all those times horrible. Please if you care for your business fix this ASAP, like i said this used to be a nice place to go relax ans enjoy coffee and gourmet drinks, sandwich or pastry, regardless of the price went bc it was clean. Profesional. Not anymore. Oh and the bathroom looks like gas station bathroom, dirty, stinky, even the soap container rusting, sinks dirty paper all over then floor its the complete opposite of...

2024 Update Ive Been coming here for a year. Staff is relatively the same, not too crazy of a “revolving door”. Everyone continues to be very friendly and providing a very friendly environment. Store is always clean and pleasant

lol here’s the USEFUL info: OUTLETS The cushioned seats along the wall all have outlets underneath which is great. I’m not sure about the smaller tables. The long table also has outlets.

VIBE The vibe here is great. It’s a newer Starbucks so the facility is typically clean and the staff is welcoming. I usually get welcomed and waved goodbye by at least one person.

The drinks and food are meh… typical Starbucks 🤷🏻‍♂️ . While the coffee is “overpriced” for coffee… you’re paying for the chill and lax vibe to hang out and get some work done, chat with friends, etc. so it’s really not overpriced if you think about it. The baristas behind the counter were super friendly and professional—the drinks were made perfectly and the overall vibe from them was great. However, the experience at the register left a lot to be desired.

When I ordered the Double-Smoked Bacon Sandwich, I said “double bacon sandwich” as a shortcut. The cashier kept interrupting and correcting me, insisting I say the full name before continuing with the order. It felt unnecessarily strict and uncomfortable.

When I asked about the grilled cheese sandwich, she pointed toward the fridge and said, “Get them there!” in a tone that came off very dismissive and unpleasant. Then, when I said “That’ll be all for my order,” she responded with “Only one drink?” in a judgmental tone, making the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming.

Even when she asked for my name, it felt rushed...
