Don't bother ordering from here for delivery. The past three times I've ordered from this location, my order has been missing items or wrong. Today, I simply asked for the sauces on the side to prevent the food from being drenched and soggy by the time it arrived. Makes sense right? Well instead I received absolutely no sauces at all for all meals I ordered. We are now sitting here for the third time, disappointed, looking at dry, sauceless meals. Each time this has happened, I've called to let them know, hoping they would care enough to prevent it from happening again to me or others. Each time I've been told to come pick up whatever they messed up/was missing, but the whole reason people order delivery is because they can't pick it up themselves. Fifty bucks down the drain. If I was the owner of this location, I'd drive and hand deliver the sauces to the customer myself in addition to a full refund especially because this is the THIRD time. That's just me though.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me about an hour after I posted this review. He was very kind, apologized, and had his manager re-deliver my order with the sauces. He also issued me a full refund via Uber. Gotta give credit where it’s due and that’s the type service...

This was our first visit here and were unimpressed. We explained we had never been there and asked for recommendations and clarification on the ordering process. The girl behind the counter merely pointed to menu.

They had a seasonal/promotional flyer up for seasoned beef and the server was not able to tell us anything about it (or other menu items) and what made it different from the regular beef. She displayed a little frustration with us that we did not initially understand that the platter came with two meats, which i can't believe was correct - do you want a chicken platter with beef or a beef platter with chicken? Understand my confusion? In the end, the food was only average.

On a positive note, I did find the platter to be a perfect size for sharing. With our platter and sides, my husband and I did not leave hungry.

We also ordered the hummus and Baklava. Both of these items were quite good.

Our biggest complaint is the lack of customer service and courtesy. I say this knowing we are currently in a time when these things seem to be lost, but even so this was below the already low standard.

Tables weren’t wiped down and there was trash everywhere. Was charged for 2 meals when we only ordered one so we paid $10 for more food we didn’t get nor order. We got baba ganosh, hummus and a beef gyro platter and somehow they charged us for a sandwich when we opted for the 50 cent bbq spiced pita bread only. 8.99 plus tax is just about $10 and for extra bread $10 isn’t worth it. We were regulars and went there everytome we would shop at Whole Foods near by but after this careless act of charging us for a sandwich we didn’t even get nor order we won’t be returning. We were there around 8:30pm on Aug 14.2024 which is yesterday now … I’m pretty upset that they didn’t check the order before charging us for it and we didn’t notice we were overcharged until I went to file my receipts electronically a few hours later when it’s too late to bring it up to them to fix. $5 I would be ok but a whole sandwich paid for that wasn’t received nor ordered is stupid and we won’t be coming back to this location. Shame because I love their food although the passion lemonade was overly sweet so I couldn’t drink it. Check...
