Ordered 2 crunch wraps this morning only to realize that the sausage in one of them was cold. We hadnt even left the parking lot, had my husband go in to get a fresh one. This is when he was told that they cooked the said sausage patty that was in my crunchwrap for an hour and 30 min and it couldn't be cold. My husband requested it to be remade to which the employees Michael's response was it will be 30 minutes. Obviously we aren't waiting 30 minutes so we asked for our money back. Michael proceeded to hand my husband 3 free taco coupons, walked off to continue packing drive thru orders and ignoring my husband. My husband then proceed to ask where is my refund and the employee replied with I gave you coupons and my husband said I don't want your coupons I want my money. After a long pause and my husband getting loud and asking for it again he finally gave us a $4.79 refund which is only the menu price not even the tax included. This whole interaction with this employee was not professional, and he took none of it seriously. I understand sometimes things happen and you run out of food and have to make more but how if something takes 30 minutes you aren't on top of it so customers don't have to wait. And if something is wrong speak up and try to find a resolution, don't just stand there. I would also do a review that you are able to do on the receipt but guess what I didnt get one of...
Read moreWell, here's a great review for you! Four days ago I purchased 2 chicken taco supremes along with 4 other items. Well after driving home 1/2 hour later to my sister in laws house, I found out they forgot to supreme my order!! Seriously, I paid $1.20 for nothing! I immediately picked up the phone and called the Taco Bell and spoke to the manager, Monica who advised me to come back and she would replace my order. Seriously, I'm gonna drive 1/2 again, I don't think so! So, she said next time I was in in Tomball to stop in and they would replace.
Just went in and Monica was on duty, so she authorized the order to be replaced. Great, I thought! Waited for 15 minutes and finally my number was called. Went to check the order. Guess what, no sour cream! Went back to counter after waiting in line and told the clerk the sour cream was missing and could they just put it on the tacos. Lady gave me my tacos and I took them to the truck and decided to check. Guess what, this time no tomatoes!!!
Stormed back in and demanded to speak with manager. When she came up to counter I showed her the tacos and she said "you paid for supreme "? Well what the hell! Sorry people but I won't go back there as it took them 4, count the times, 4 to...
Read moreHey guys. Taco Bell is at the mild forefront of AI. If you go thru the drive-through, you get an AI voice.
However, my greatest warning is if you walk into the facility your are forced to order thru the kiosks. Seems odd, but ok. Here is the issue. If you order your food and wish to pay for cash, you will not be recognized by their order system. BTW, it happened to me and I witnessed it with another person in Tomball, TX. I advise everyone to pay with a debit/credit card at this location, otherwise they will not be aware of your cash order.
The other odd thing. They do not put out sauces into the restaurant area. You have to ask for mild, diablo, etc., and tell them how many you want. There are no sauces within the restaurant. And, you have to count before you drive past the delivery window.
A very kind employee explained to me, "We have been told not to come to the counter to meet customers or take orders from customers (inside the store). Bless her heart.
I am not saying this is a bad thing, but I will say it is an odd thing.
Apparently, I am being introduced to AI servants in a Texas stronghold?
For some reason, I still love their Crispy Beef (?)...
