Naples Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Toms River

Ive been meaning to do a rating on this place. first time i went i sat inside before all this covid19 stuff . The Pizza was so good and I am talking about above and beyond good ... when i was a kid that was the kind of flavor i remember the secret was the sauce. I haven't had anything even close to that old school flavor... Was literally in heaven when i had my first bite of that slice OMG! so then after that i was bragging and telling people about it and then ended up ordering it for delivery very good! so tonight i decided well im going to order and i have never tried anything else ... we got the the pie half white and half plain and my son is very picky well he ate it and loved it he said it was delicious. then a turkey sub was great .i ordered the cavatelli with bolognese and we ordered eggplant parm baked mozzarella sticks all very good the only thing i didnt like was the meatballs but then again im not a meatball fan so it could have just been me that was a side order but overall they are quick and on point always consistency is important and that is now my go to place i highly recommend it #stay safe guys have to mention driver is on...

Would give it 0 stars if I could. I paid almost $50 for a pepperoni pie and a pie with half olive. After an hour it hadn't arrived, I called to check they said my order left 10 mins ago. I live about 7 mins from the restaurant. 15 minutes later my husband calls and is told it left 10 mins ago. I ordered at 6:24, 2 cold pizzas show up at just before 8pm. When I call to complain about the pizza being cold they offer 10% off my next order, when I say I will never be ordering from them again they offer $10 back. So I have paid for pizza that I have to reheat and honestly still isn't good. Let me be clear I get that places get busy and if they had been honest about not being able to deliver the pizza we would have gone to pick it up, but instead they lied repeatedly saying that it had left for delivery knowing that it hadn't. When it got here you could tell it had been sitting. I'm pissed because I like to support local restaurants but I will never give this place another dime...

Man(possibly owner there all the time)at counter picks and chooses who he wants to help first(if he doesn't know you plan on waiting). Cheesesteaks, cannolis, dinners NEVER consistent 50% chance order is good(good is as positive as I can honestly review) Pizza is okay... when you walk in floors look like they are swept in morning then forgot about. We try Naples once a month hoping things we will change.... drivers are great always tip generously food hot if drivers forgot something(1 time) they came back within 5 minutes with an apology GREAT WORK 👍. Charlie's pizza is less than 2 minutes away at shoprite plaza on Fisher Blvd. NEVER ANY ISSUES & ALWAYS CLEAN. If Naples changed the attitude(very arrogant) of the man front counter(possibly he is the owner) place would be tolerable. 1 star is...
