This visit was absolutely atrocious. The guy taking the order via drive thru didn't even say Hi Welcome to Arby's may I take your order. All he said was what do you want. I said hi I would like to have 02 of the half pound roast beef sandwiches only, and he's like the meals or just the sandwiches. I was thinking to myself, listen to me. So I said just the sandwiches please. He then said what else. I'm like lord have mercy... I said that I would like to have 02 of the half pound Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwiches only, and again he said the meals or just the sandwiches. I started thinking to myself am I not speaking clearly enough for him to understand what I'm saying. I said just the sandwiches please and thank you. He told me the total, and then I realized that I had forgotten the fries for my husband. I asked him if I could add something to the order, and he's like yeah what do you want now. This person really needs to learn customer service. Not once did he ask me if I wanted any sauce or condiments. When I asked him if there was any Arby's sauce in the bag, he said yeah I put it in there. He is such a liar. The biggest liar I have ever seen. He acted like he didn't want to be there. The fries are so old. The person making the sandwiches left the line, went to the back, was touching their face and hair, came back to the sandwich line, started making sandwiches again and not once did they change their gloves or wash their hands. For $35.46, I would expect better service and fresh food. The buns are soggy on our sandwiches and well the rest is history. Don't have time to go back to the store to get it fixed. Not happy with this visit. Read moreI usually love eating at Arbys, however today was the worse experience. I ordered there new sandwich on the Hawaiian roll and french dip. I waited 20 minutes the whole time the employees were playing around and the floor was disgusting behind the counter. The pop machine had pop all over it and there was trash everywhere. I finally got my food and got home. My chicken was hard around the edges and i had no aus sauce for french dip along with the beef being dry. I was so mad i live in oakland. Needless to say i called back and whomever i talked to that said they were the manager said bring it back we will remake it umm noo. I want my money back. So i go back and the cashier named Jason looked at the food and took it to the back. I have 15 years experience in food service and i know your not supose to take food back. Read moreI walk in to order inside and not one person greets me or the other patron who entered on the opposite side about 30 seconds after me. I and the other patron stand up at the counter for about 3 minutes before a girl finally acknowledges us and begins taking our orders. She wasn't the happiest or friendliest of people to be working a customer interactive based job. I place my order and get it fairly quick when another girl comes straight in the door after smoking and began handling food without washing her hands. Lucky the other girl handled my food, but it still made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant. Got the food home and opened the wrappers to a huge mess of thrown together without a sense of quality roast beef and cheddar sandwiches, if you want to call them that. All I have with this follow up is the next time I have a craving for Arbys, I will drive to the other side of town to order before I'll ever go to this...
