My family used to eat Domino's regularly, however recently we have had nothing but bad luck, and increasingly poorly made pizzas. Out of these three in particular, two of the pizzas should have never made it past quality control, but we're prepped, cut, and served. Second, on this particular order, I was told it would be 25-35 minute wait.. I get there in 15 minutes, and see my order sitting there already I wait another 5 minutes before I am even acknowledged, and get to pay for the pizza. If I had shown up when it SHIULD have been ready, it would have been stone cold by the time I got bit home (I already live 20+ minutes out of town, and the pizza at this time frame was lukewarm at best) At this point, I just wanted to get home, I had a 4k tv in my truck that was from Black Friday shopping, and I just didn't have to time for quality checking myself. Bad luck at places like this, I will NEVER take home another pizza without looking it all over first.... And as a final note, yes... That pathetically small piece came as seen here, with the lack of anything on it, meat, sauce.... CHEESE!! It was just a cut piece of pizza...

Their 7.99 carryout deal is awesome and when I order online, It usually tells me when to come so the pizza is still hot and I don't have to wait. It actually disappoints me to go anywhere else!! Current review: I came to this location a couple of months ago for two carry out pizzas. The total was $18 ish. I realized later on that my card had been charged for $28, so I called the store and spoke to a manager - she confirmed some details, put me on hold, and then said there was a mistake on their end and I would just be refunded the entire cost of the order. I was fine just getting the $10 back but she insisted on the full amount.
Well it's been another month since then and I still haven't gotten a refund - even just for the extra $10 that was taken from me. The way things sounded, I assumed an employee was doing something shady and the manager just forgot to make it right.
I can't recommend you order from here, especially if you'll be turning over your credit card information. I wouldn't trust them...
   Read moreWe have ordered pizza from this store over thirty times and had at least 10 deliveries last month. We ordered today at 4 PM. At 6 PM we get update that it had been delivered and even got the yum yum hope you enjoyed your pizza email. We tried calling for over 30 minutes no answer so we called another store. Finally get through to our store. It was the driver who said he couldn't find our house. Porch light on door open. He said he left message saying he couldn't find it. No such message on either of our cells. We recognized his name because he's delivered to us before no problems. He proceeded to tell my husband to come get it. Told the man we don't have a car, and he said I'm canceling the order and hung up on him. I get things can get hectic and mistakes made and I'm sure they won't miss or business. But it's sad that you see the commercial saying if mistakes were made they'll make it right only to be treated...
