Margarita's Jalisco North — Restaurant in Topeka

Went with a party of 8 on Tuesday. I ordered the steak Fajitas and it wasn't even hot and no flavor very tasteless food. A person from our party ordered beef flautas and they brought her chicken. Guacamole was ordered and came out brown. Another person ordered shrimp cocktail and only had 6 pieces of shrimp , 2 which was part of decoration on cup. Another person ordered shrimp tacos n it comes with 3 tacos they gave him 2. The server Joey never checked on me or offered another refill as rest of the party. He never offered our ticket as half our party already left and after 15 min he provided it after us asking for it and then never returned. We had to get up n go pay at the station. Checked my acct the next day to find out he over charged my acct by $30 and my moms $20. My order was a steak fajitas and a soda.. my mom 3 street tacos and a soda.. Found out another person from our party he was trying to charge $30 extra as well but since she paid cash it was corrected. I called to speak with Jorge the manager and the guy who answered said he didn't know where he was and didn't have a way to contact him. I have messaged again through fb and was told they would research and get back with me. I have yet had a chance to speak with Jorge as I'm told he is off or on Vacation but other says he just got back from vacation. So frustrated with...

Called for a pickup order. Half was missing (I should have checked before I left).The loaded fries and carne asada plate were good which is why I give 2 stars for food. The carne asada tacos were dry meat cubes on a soft tortilla. Im not joking, a tortilla and a spoon of dry meat. The salsa was really marinara sauce (confirmed by the 3 people who happened to not get food, and really, it was canned pizza sauce), but the queso was alright. After calling about our mixup we were told to come back and pickup the missing items. We did and mistake number 3 (after ordering from this restaurant and not checking the order the first time or second time), we were still short a carne asada taco plate. We called the manager back and were told we "forgot" to order 2. Fair enough, but they also "forgot" half our order and "forgot" what salsa is and "forgot" how to make a taco not drier than the mojave. And after the 3 arid wannabe carne asada tacos we were presented, it is a blessing we didn't get the other plate. I would choose Taco Bell of all places (one block away) over this dry, unseasoned, marinara style Italian Mexican fusion that this is. This will be the first and last time...

We went because we had heard it was so good. The mango margarita was excellent! There was only one server so service was slow but she did have a 6 top at the same time we got there. We were brought some of the best salsa and chips whiled we waited. When our food came out that's where things started going down hill. My friend ordered the steak chicken and shrimp fajitas. You could see the steak but the were only 2 shrimp and a couple of strips of chicken and some steak loaded with red peppers. He said there was not any flavor to them at all. I got the burrito with ground beef, potatoes and cheese. I modified it from eggs, chorizo and potatoes. There was absolutely no flavor and it was so dry you could barely swallow it. The hamburger had no seasoning, it looked like just dry crumbled up meat the tortilla wasn't even warm. Don't know if I would go back except for...
