Taco Bell — Restaurant in Topeka

Tonight Tuesday 12th 11:14pm 2013 nw Topeka blvd 66608. Ordered 2 of the $3 steak burritos one of each, NO SAUCE. And 2 cheesy double beef burritos. Got home, relized they forgot a steak burrito. Called the store, told me to come back up, which I'm using my gas. Got there, we figured which one it was because i didn't bring bag with me. While my fiance was on the phone, she told me while she was eating the one i left because she's a diabetic. Told me there was piko sauce on it. So i get up too the drive thru window, guy hands me one steak burrito.,didn't even apologize for the messed up order. Get home, it the steak burrito with the creamy jalapeño sauce on it. Now i don't know if they know what no sauce means, but that's ridiculous! It's on the screen before they make it! So i get home, got my burritos out of the bag, i knew right off one was wrong but feeling it. Instead of 2 double beef burritos i got one. The others a cheey rice burrito with meat, not a double. That's quite a few mistakes for one order. We go there alot, and usually order's are right. So i think before closing, they have some foods premade. This day in age, there's a screen that says how the order should be, from customer, the worker taking the order, then put onto the screen. Something wrong if you can't get order's right. These people have a job and can't get order's right, i can't get hired for a job. Somethings wrong with that! I worked various fast foods in my life, i kinda know how some...

Man......we try to eat taco bell every Friday. It's our one place we'll go to during the pandemic. Every week, the order we receive gets worse and worse. Not only do they not give the correct product ...they load everything with lettuce and you're lucky to get a tablespoon of meat in a taco. I ordered a burrito supreme, no lettuce, (warm lettuce is NOT appetizing) Sure enough, lettuce in the burrito. They also did not give us the three crunchy tacos we ordered and which we're on the receipt. The nacho bel grande was soggy like it had been sitting for half an hour. The chalupa had more lettuce and tomato than anything. It's supposed to be a BEEF chalupa. We had to go BACK to the store for the tacos and all they offered was a coupon for one tacoin recompense. Corporate needs to check this store out and get the crew back on track. Please

I'm honestly struggling to give a proper review of my visit to Taco Bell. Sadly, I just cannot find the words to describe what I experienced four days ago. And no matter how badly I want to believe this would fade away with time, the constant reminders from Google have brought me here. Here, to relive this moment for the whole of the internet. I've decided to come forward about this because.... because I haven't been in Taco Bell in years. Seriously. I don't know why Google insists that I was there four days ago. I can't remember the last time I even drove past a Taco Bell. That didn't stop Google from sending me several notifications asking me to leave a review.
