To be honest I was mildly disappointed at the fact that I did not receive whipped cream on my hot fudge milkshake. Maybe this is a new thing that they don’t give whipped cream? Also there wasn’t much hot fudge involved in my milkshake either, it ended up being more of a chocolate milkshake with no whipped cream, which is fine just unexpected based on what I ordered. My partner ordered a medium chocolate cone and seemed to enjoy it quite a lot so I’d recommend that. Other friends ordered the banana split which seemed to be a hit. I’m not a huge Dairy Queen fan but I found this to be an above minimally enjoyable experience even though I didn’t get any whipped cream. If I could give 3.5 stars I probably would. I’d come back here again but I definitely prefer some of the other ice cream...

I was grossed out when the employee spilled the cup of Blizzard (yeah, a blizzard spilled out) on the outside counter then she scooped it back into the cup and gave it to a gentleman in line behind me. Our order took a wait of 20 mins, they messed up and gave us half our order before the manager took over the register and noticed the wait. So much for having ice cream with my kids. The place would be nice, except the location means interactions with trashy people is almost inevitable. The girls working were both, I wouldn't say rude, but certainly indifferent. They offered no friendliness and mostly put off the vibe of being bothered that they had to work. The patio was dirty, and our cones lacked the signature Q, as well as being crooked.
