Communication skills between employees was all over the place. I hate not being able to get my drink before my food. While waiting at pick up window my drinks arrived first. I take the drinks to table them proceed back to the pick up window for the rest of my order. While waiting, my order that was done in was placed in to go bags. The associate asks about the drinks. The employees behind the counter were not sure but told the order expeditor the drinks must have already been taken. I watch my order being taken to my family at the table we chose. Now I look dumb just standing at the pick up window. My order was incomplete making me have to go back to the service counter to get the rest of my order. It's clear with this new remodel the drive through was the only thing that was important. Must be where all the cash comes from. The view of the dillons parking lot is less than desirable not to mention the amount of parking for customers is practically non existent. If you have both lines full, whoever is parked in the spaces on the north side of building can not get out. Yall started from scratch and it's kinda disappointing that this is what was decided on. Hello same sub par food, good bye customer/family experience. Is sad to see such a franchise stray away from the core values that started the company. Sure I continue to eat here, but only after I lower my...
Read moreThis morning I visited this location on California Ave. I was craving a McGriddle, but the service I received has soiled the company and this location for good. I walked in to no associates to be seen. Waited at the counter for 3-5 minutes. The guy waiting for his food ahead of me had to ask for his milks when his food came out. He then had to ask a second time as the associate did not bring him all of them. When she brought by them out she tossed them on his tray with no regard for the food on the tray. Finally she steps over to take my order and has a massive attitude about it. After placing my order of a single McGriddle I asked if I could have it to go. She snapped back at me that it is to go. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 10+ years of working in customer service jobs, starting at McDonald’s myself. I understand having a bad day, but taking it out on a paying customer is never ok. This experience has me not wanting to visit McDonald’s for quite awhile. I will never return to this location.
That all being said the food itself was on point, the kitchen team is really having to compensate for the service on the front end. They were fast and my sandwich was picture perfect, it was stacked...
Read moreThere is ALWAYS nothing but issues with this McDonald's. From rude employees, rude managers, slow service, always getting orders wrong, upcharging you for drinks you didn't ask to upsize, not giving you sauces, I can go on and on. Today I go and order 2 large fries and get a medium fry in a large box and of course the McChickens are obliterated with mayonnaise. There is a girl who works there who hands you 2 happy meal boxes with her fingers hooked in the holes at the top so that you have to twist your body and use both hands to grab them. If you go inside and order from a kiosk, the employees are so rude when bringing food to your table. There is another girl who works in the cash part of the drive through who is rude when talking to you and actually yelled at me once when I asked for sauce before having to pull in front to wait for food. I know that it's hard to get employees but this is ridiculous. This store needs a major makeover and McDonald's needs to stop allowing this to continue just because you can't get workers. People are...
