They take a little more time to get your order completed, no matter if it's one drink or 4. Sometimes, the cashier at the window tries to make conversation due to the longer time being taken to make the drinks. Many times, the blended drinks come out with ice chunks in the bottom, and the espresso flavor is sometimes stronger or weaker than what it's supposed to be. Makes me think that they are not following the guidelines on how much ingredients they are supposed to be putting into each of the drinks. I came to this location because I just happened to be in this part of town. I was very impressed! The employees were so sweet. They are very respectful, so nice, very fast & they asked multiple times if they had my order correct! I sincerely appreciate how amazing they are. I normally go to the location on 29th & gage. But they rarely get my order correct & are irritated if I ask for it to be made correctly. But this location on 29th & croco is amazing.
