They were fast and clean they brought me my food and my rootbeer perfect (if you get rootbeer you'll understand how amazing it is to get it perfect) -3 years ago I gave 5 stars.
Today I'm changing it, I went to pick up two to go orders, they were having system issues causing them to not be able to see the second order.
According to the delivery partner, we are to order it ourselves and mark as picked up, upon it being picked up the Delivery Partner will automatically reimburse Sonic I provided proof they would get paid through the delivery partners drivers app, they refused the order it was literally 1 drink.... instead they made me wait with the order number 1 which they already brought out, order 1 had a shake, the time they delayed to have support cancel the order, caused it to start melting a lot, not counting they sent the assistant out to basically argue and than the other manager came out to be rude about it, i had been waiting on Support the entire time so i could get a answer on if i could leave or not, after support canceled the order due to the stores refusal for the order, than the "co manager" cane out to arfue about how shes had people lie and cant trust me, after I had already spoke with support to have it cancled, i told the assistant they should call support to have the system rebooted or any tech support to fix it.
customer was notified why order was being refunded and now they have to wait a few for a refund.
They spent more of sonics money talking about not filling the 1 drink order instead of filling the 1 drink order and going back to work to make other orders, they literally slowed down the line.
I had to wait for support to cancel the order becuase we can't, we also can not enter anything, into the drivers app at all, even more proof that it was a legit transaction.
They said they couldn't give the drink without owners permission to do it and I belive the assistant and Co manager should not have to call the owner over a 1 drink order that they could have handled , from my perspective they wasted my time, the customers time and company time.
The negative impact affected the customer, store profits and times to get orders out, it also impacted me the driver becuase in the time wasted I could have made triple the amount I did in that time frame.
As a consumer, I will never order through any app from this specific location, till they fix this issue and have steps in place for the managers that are under the owner can make simple important decisions for the business.

We were directed that we could not order at our current stall and to either move down further or go through the drive thru. A car was provided service 2 stalls from us which seemed weird and it was well lit. We did have some juveniles parked behind us in 2 cars blaring their car rattling subs. I work in law enforcement so I understand safety and security but it seemed weird that a car right next to us was provided service but not us. I then attempted to place my order. The individual taking the order struggled with explaining what items she wanted us to give her the size of. They ended up giving the wrong size of shake to my girlfriend, no gravy with my chicken strip dinner, the toast wasn't cut, and I asked for fries and ended up with tots. Read moreI pulled up to the drive through and sat in front of the kiosk for approximately 5 minutes without anyone ever coming over the speaker to take my order. The guy in front of me in line was already getting his order and pulling away, I decided to pull up to the window and express my disappointment. All I wanted was a cherry slush, this confused the girl at the window, I asked for her manager. I explained the situation, expressed my disappointment to the manager, explained it was my birthday and all I wanted was a cherry slush. She could tell I was upset and she gave me a cherry slush without any charge to try to correct the issue, it was actually very nice of her, and maybe I was a little abrasive but I felt it was unacceptable for an establishment like this. It was December 11th at around 11am.
