Starbucks — Restaurant in Topeka

Placed online order for coffee traveler and arrived at store between 15 and 20 minutes later. They hadn't even started brewing the coffee yet. Employee told me, "they'll do it this time, but they kindly ask for 24 hour notice in the future." Told them I tried to order last night in the app, however it wasn't accepting future orders. NOWHERE on the app or website does it say orders must be placed ahead of time, and 20 minutes is more than enough time to brew a batch of coffee for this. Thankfully this is a Starbucks located inside the grocery store and I rarely order from here. Also, when i asked for the cream and sugar that was supposed to be provided with, they started filling individual cups, how am i supposed to transport??? Just really disappointed that I gave ample time before I arrived and nothing was started and now the timetable I had for the very structured and scheduled day is jeopardized. This Starbucks was out of all but two types of breakfast sandwiches. The girl working there had an attitude. My wife's coffee and my mocha coffee were both luke warm and my Ham and Swiss Croissant was freezer burned. Unfortunately we had left the store when we tried our beverages and sandwiches, otherwise we would have gone back for a refund. I should have realized that there were going to be problems as we were leaving, someone walking by said to the girl working there "I thought you had quit". I was quite impressed with the coffee shop. They didn’t have a drive-through window, but the service was quick and the parking was very close to the door. The workers were prompt in getting me my drinks. I had to take an emergency phone call while ordering. I quickly made my order and I asked the worker if it was OK if I took the call. She agreed that it was OK. It was very thoughtful of her to allow me to do that. I really appreciated the tacked on the kindness of those who worked at this Starbucks. My drinks...
