I would like to say im quite generous with my reviews and I will admit, I liked my drink and really did like this place but I guess you can say the product isnt everything.

I ordered quite clearly, a Jasmine ICED tea with boba and thought the transaction went through smoothly. Checked my receipt, I was charged extra and also for a Jasmine Milk Tea. I brought it up to the cashier and said you charged me more and you charged me for the incorrect drink, a Jasmine Milk Tea. He responded with "Theyre the same price". I pointed clearly to the menu of the lower priced Jasmine Iced Tea and I guess that was his cue to admit defeat. Tired, and already having a bad day and not wanting to hold up the line, I said you know what, its fine I'll just take the Jasmine Milk Tea and after some exchange of an apology and offering me more boba, I left to wait for my drink outside.

Guess what showed up at the pickup window. My correct drink, even though I told then it was fine and while waiting for the drink, I had already settled with the drink I was charged more for, a Jasmine Milk Tea. I left defeated, with my correct drink, but still extremely dissatisfied cause I WAS CHARGED MORE FOR IT. Even though I told the cashier I was okay with the Jasmine Milk Tea. Not sure if there was just miscommunication? A huge boba addict, I've had this happen a handful of times but never have I been this bummed out.

So if you want to order a Jasmine Ice Tea with some extra steps, and get charged more for it, definitely come here!

OMGeee! Krack Boba is precisely what I need in my life! I’m so happy that I found a new Boba spot located very close to me. I’ve been putting it out into the universe that I was desperate for a new boba place close to home, and the Boba spirits delivered!

I love love what Krack Boba is all about. It is more than just drinks; it’s really about unleashing your authentic self and becoming the ruler that you are. Having one of their delicious drinks will give you that boost you need to be the best you, and honestly, I felt it. The drink that I had was the Krak Signature Milk Tea with pink boba! Yes, you heard correctly, PINK Boba! That drink was exactly what I needed. It made me smack my lips together and say Yaaayysss! The pink boba, for me, is a game-changer for sure! It definitely has a different texture than your regular Boba, but it’s something different, which I’m all about; trying new things, trying different things, and Krak Boba gave me that opportunity to be different and not be basic.

Hubby got a coffee which he enjoyed, and my daughter got her mango smoothie which she very much appreciated. I am excited to have Krak Boba nearby, and I will definitely be coming back. My sister was parked in front of this Boba place, then he pulled up and parked right next to her told her to move. My sister said give me a minute cause we were just going in and out so we were gonna back out as quickly as we parked. and he said your car is parked too close.
