Chicken Maisón — Restaurant in Torrance

I dine at Chicken Maison quite often and this is one of my favorite locations to grab lunch on the go while shopping or doing pet grooming in the vast shopping center at Lomita and Hawthorne in Torrance. Like all their stores this one is very clean and has nice comfortable dining room as well as friendly service. The food here is fresh and delicious, my favorite being the salads. They are really tasty and made to order so they are nice and crisp and the ingredients hold up. If you know Chicken Maison you know they take the chicken to the next level with their garlic sauce and traditional favorites.. surprise, you can also find some fish and pasta that is quite solid. If it is chilly or you're under the weather their chicken soup and lentil soups are both super good, taste homemade, and seem pretty healthy, not to much fat or salt. The great thing about Maison is they have whatever you need.. a quick salad or wrap, all the way up to full meals with all the sides and chicken and kabob.. the sides here are very tasty and fresh and you have a lot of choices if you are watching the carbs don't worry.. After coming back from a trip to Turkey I had some experience with grilled chicken and kebabs and doner dishes. This place is quite close to Turkish dishes in Turkey. Except for the sweet sauce used in the flavored rice, everything was quite close to the real stuff. Also the portions are quite big. Spicy gyro plate is actually big enough for 2 normal eaters. Their French fries is a giant heap of fries. I see a lot of orders are to go or pick up. Staff are very nice as well. There is enough parking on the strip mall lot.

Please Train your employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered fries with my meal and the cashier obviously misunderstood me ans thought i said rice, as i recieve my food i noticed I had rice instead of fries so i told the lady who gave me my food and she tried to explain to me how fries are included as one side..
