Where to begin. Out of the 4 locations I've visited this is by far and away the worst. Drive thru is complete chaos, most customers are usually waiting minutes after they pay for their order. As for my own experience with the drive thru most of the employees are incredibly distracted and can't make simple substitutions even when they're repeated back correctly. At least six of my ten orders in the last two months have been wrong from drive thru alone. Actual meal: Caniac combo lemonade no ice, (usually contains ice) Chicken Tenders are usually tiny two-three bite pieces average. Still delicious. Substitutions are usually missed. Mobile order is absolutely disregarded, and half the time I'm just standing around inside the location for ten-fifteen minutes, irregardless of the drive thru length. Employees are combative when errors are pointed out, literally right now they asked us to pull up and when we pointed out that they hadn't returned our card yet, the employee just turned her back to us gave us back the card without saying a word, asked us to pull forward again. Then shoved two bags of food in the open car window without saying a word to us. Absolutely awful customer service, chicken is good, sauce is amazing, toast and lemonade, exactly the way they should taste. Unfortunately, the rude barely present employees seriously make this an awful experience 4...

It’s insane how everytime I come here, they mess something up. Whether they’re charging extra, leaving something out, whatever. It’s been a few months, thought I’d give it another try. Ordered a 3 finger combo, a sandwich combo and 2 extra sauces. Of that, I received the sandwich combo, the 3 finger combo was missing two fingers and sauces were missing! I went back in for the sauces but for some reason, blanked about checking the 3 finger box along with the sandwich box. My mistake, didn’t know I had to do their job for them. Seriously? 3 finger combo and you had the audacity to close the box with one strip and we paid for an entire box of food.

On top of that, quality and quantity of what you get has sunken into the ground. What we did consume, since we ended having to share the one meal- was just off tasting and seemed to be old and shriveled. Not coming back. I don’t care if it’s the only cane’s in the vicinity.

And yeah, I know I’m raging over food but it’s been a long day, and this was pretty much...

Came in today and I had to wait close to an 1hr for a MOBILE ORDER!! I saw 4 parties order To-Go and they got their food way before I did. Terrible service, will be sticking to either Lakewood or the Long Beach location.

The staff needs to pay better attention to their mobile order kiosk. I waited for so long that I ended up getting to know a few of other hungry waiting customers. Saying we can do mobile order for faster service is the biggest catfish I’ve seen. Very unorganized and you can tell the staff is all brand new with no clue what they’re doing. I got my food after complaining about the wait and how parties order at the front counter were served before mobile orders. My advice if you’ve been waiting for over those 5-10 supposed minutes of when your food should be ready, just complain. Someone will hear you and satisfy you b/c the last thing they want, is an upset paying customer.

Wish I could give the location ZERO stars for...

Been seeing the lines wrapped around the block when this place opened, so I wanted to check out what all the hype was about. Got The Caniac Combo, and it was a good size to share for two people with 6 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, two Cane’s sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a large 32 oz fountain drink. It’s kinda pricy and a ton of calories. The food was ok. Not bad but not super amazing either. Nice crunch on the chicken fingers, but the meat was kind of dry and bland. Texas toast was salty and buttery. French fries were a bit hollow in the middle. The lemonade was pretty refreshing and not too sweet.

Raising Cane's is finally in the South Bay! Yes....it's still a little bit of a wait to get the long awaited chicken sensation, but if you have 45 minutes to spare, it's well worth it! They do one thing and do it really well. The chicken is crispy and juicy, the Texas toast is sweet and pillowy, the coke slaw is the creamy Midwestern mayo style (my preferred style...and hard to find in SoCal). My wife got the fries and loved them as well. The staff and security did a great job of managing the drive-thru and it was really a smooth process. We will be back 🙂!

This is a great location. It was my first time at a raising cane’s and it was great! The food is priced well - within the $9.99-15.00 range, I got the 3 chicken combo and my friend got the sandwich combo. The chicken combo comes with Texas toast - the bread is buttery and not like out of the world but decent. The fries were really good - better than shake shacks crinkle fries, the portion sizes were also perfect. It didn’t feel like too much or too little. The service was super fast — didn’t take over 2 minutes. Would recommend stopping by for a quick lunch!!
