I never write negative reviews, but our experience with Arizona Leather and the customer service has been beyond frustrating, so I feel it’s important to share.
We purchased a sectional leather couch in December 2024, and after waiting until March 2025 for delivery, we realized we needed to add a piece to complete the sectional. This was something we had discussed with Javi at the showroom when we first bought the couch. He assured us that adding a piece later would be easy. However, when I called to order the additional piece, I was told we would need to pay upfront in cash.
The piece was finally delivered in June 2025, but here's where the issues began. While the leather quality is nice, we quickly noticed that the sections of the couch would separate with routine use. After flipping the couch over to investigate, we discovered that the hardware connecting the sections was either improperly assembled or missing parts.
We called Javi multiple times at the Torrance store, sending him the requested pictures promptly each time. Unfortunately, he has failed to follow through and repeatedly promised to get back to us, but never did. It’s been a complete lack of customer service.
To make matters worse, after spending over $17K on this couch, we’re left with a product that is nowhere near the quality we paid for, and no one seems to be willing to help. At this point, we're even considering legal action if we don’t get a resolution soon.

Well when the men came to arrange the sofas, the chair was not arranged correctly and there was an awkward gap(hole) that was very noticeable so I called Raul and I had t wait weeks later, a guy came and just kept pushing & hammering it that eventually he "fixed it". Then 2x months later the motor for the recliner for the SAME CHAIR stopped working.
I've never had issues with my reclining sofas especially not a few months after buying it. I'm afraid I've lost trust in the quality of this brand, the leather is great but as far as recliners and the men "fixing or arranging" the sofas not so sure. These sofas are not cheap & they were supposed to be a gift for a family, but now I'm truly embarrassed especially by the turn-around in response time. They have been waiting for an update from me for weeks now, that's ridiculous from a customer service stand-point. The right thing to do is return my calls and send me a new chair. I was hesitant to buy a leather sofa because of our dogs but Jeff and Rail assured me that the sofa will hold up well over time with not only dogs but everyday wear and tear. I took a leap of faith and ordered it in a beautiful cream color. The first day my dogs jumped on it and dirt from their paws wiped right off! So much easier than fabric! The sectional arrived in time and is very comfortable. We asked Raul for extra stuffing for the back pillows and he readily cut it and gave it to us. Easy to stuff into the pillows and now the pillows are perfect for us. This is a quality sectional and looks expensive, especially after comparing this to the quality at other stores nearby.
