Teri's Place — Restaurant in Torrance

About 20 years ago I moved to North Torrance. I have lived in Torrance ever since. I had never been to Teri's Place before. I had always heard that it was good, and I knew it was popular with my neighbors. Let me tell you, there is a reason it is popular. I had the chicken teriyaki plate at rice, broccoli, marinated bean sprouts and a small serving of potato salad. In addition, if you eat there Iced Green Tea is on the house. This is a great little hole-in-the-wall Eatery. I'm just sorry I didn't go there sooner. Price is very reasonable, the food is very fresh and well prepared. I am eagerly looking forward to going back. Don't get me wrong, it's not fancy, it's not Gourmet, it's not something a foodie would rave about. Such an amazing place! Can’t believe I just found out about here. We ordered a special combo and a chicken combo, a side of karaage and croquettes. I love the karaage very much! It has a very homey taste. It feels like what my grandma would make for me back home. The combo plate comes with a salad and bean sprouts sides, both sides are tasty. My husband called ahead and went in to pick up with our son. He said the whole ordering and picking up process were very smooth, and the lady was very nice!
