This is one of the nicest Wendy's in the South Bay Area. Very nice decor and inviting dining area. It almost doesn't look like a Wendy's inside it's so nice. However, the crew that works here is absolutely awful. The manager here is ghetto, "as hell" and treats you like someone who isn't spending money at their establishment. Anyone who has ever taken my order at this location is also not very well versed in not even the basic elements of decent customer service.( not good customer service, DECENT) 1st time I went to this Wendy's, me and another gentleman behind me waited 8 mins for someone to even take our order. These are burgers, fries, and chicken nuggets here, not michelin star meals. It shouldn't take you 8 mins to take my money. They weren't terribly busy either. Multiple associates acknowledged us and proceeded to continue doing whatever their delegated duty was. Obviously it wasn't "helping customers." The only associate who actually noticed that there's 5 people in line here and no one is at the cash register to take orders was a nice young lady in her teens who took the initiative to stop what she was doing to assist customers. She, however was told "you don't work register, do what I told you to do" by there rude manager. Thus, I waited even longer to place my order. 2nd time I came here I go to the drive through and the entire process took 15-20 mins. Yes, in the drive thru. The thing that's supposed to be quicker... maybe. And No, my food wasn't fresh if that's what you were thinking. And finally tonight the last straw that made me leave this review for my fellow consumers, the 3rd and final time I will ever visit this establishment. We waited in the drive thru 10 mins again, go figure. When we got our food it we were missing things from our order and when I mentioned it the gentleman at the window he advised me "we didn't charge you for that." Upon closer inspection I noticed it wasn't our order at all. When I said the order is incorrect he said my boss took the order which was, you guessed it, that rude ass manager from before. The guy in the window offered no apology. But a "did you want to order something else because we're not gonna fix your order that we screwed up face?" Not asking for a lot here, just wanted to get my food in a timely manner with a correct order. To be short, this Wendy's is really nice looking, but buyer beware. The owner of this Wendy's should be tried and convicted for crimes against humanity by hiring such a terrible staff. That was extreme lol but you get my point. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience...
Read moreI was looking forward to eating Wendy's today and decided I was going to be a little bad and a little good (is there such a thing???). Because there was a few of us we decided to go inside to order. I ordered a side salad and jr. bacon cheeseburger plus my coworker's (one of my friends who couldn't come with us) order of chili, a single, and small fries.
By the time our names were called it was close to our 1hr lunch being over. So, instead of checking the order I grabbed the bags of food and hopped into my car and headed to work.
After doling out the goods, I realized that my salad was not in any of the bags. I was so upset. Why would you call my name to say my order was ready, but I was missing food.
I could've gone back and got my salad, but honestly with only an hour lunch, who would go back when it took you 40 mins to get there and back to work. With 20 mins left that's not feesible. Also, why am I wasting gas going there twice. Well, I think the moral of this story is to check your bags because apparently the idiots that work at fast food places can't pack orders correctly and is why I am still...
Read moreCame in the drive-thru today Sunday November 13th about 7:30 PM. There was only 1 car in front of us so we imagine it will be a short wait. We order a Salad and a #8 Asiago Club Chicken Sandwich. We where informed that they no longer have any salads for the remaining of the day. No Salads of any kinds. Find that hard to believe. Then when we where asked how would we like our #8, Spicy, Home style or a 3rd option that I don't recall. We where unsure of what the difference where so we asked the attendant by the name of Regan to give it to us the way it is displayed on the menu photograph but to our surprised Regan responded to us saying that she does not know what the photograph looks like, in a very rude and unprofessional tone of voice. We where very surpised to hear that type of service. We asked to have our #8 "homestyle" which we assumed was the way on the photograph.
Perhaps the management needs to train their staff both in the products they offer as well as to how to give a quality customer...
