Lola’s Bagel Shop — Restaurant in Torrington

Was excited to try this new spot hoping for an amazing experience but was only left disappointed. Tried to order online but there seemed to be an issue with that and called in to place my order. The girl I spoke with was very unfamiliar with their own menu and I had to repeat my order multiple times. Ordered the turkey and pepper jack sandwich off of their menu and there was no bacon in it as there should have been. Sandwich was bland and had no flavor. Also ordered a sun-dried bagel and it looked like a plain bagel and also bland. Coffee was alright but not made to order. First time there this morning. I got the everything bagel with chive onion cream cheese with Irish flavored coffee. It was excellent. Bagel was litely toasted and so was crusty on the outside and soft inches inside. The chice onion creame cheese was really good. So much choice onion it was full of flavor. The prices of the bagels are kinda ehh but understandable in this economy. The young lady that took me and my wife’s order seems very lost or confused and I had to repeat what we wanted numerous times.
